EASY HEALTHY ,,,,,,,,,,,,ONE CUP OATMEAL...3 CUPS WATER.....BLEND.(BLENDER ON HIGH0 30 SECONDS...…….STRAIN,,,,,,,,  I USE SCREEN ,  SOME USE A NUT MILK BAG,, I ALSO ADD 1/3 CUP OF CASHEWS,,,,SO EASY ,WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF MILK,,YOUR KIDS WILL ..MAYBE LIKE IT BETTER AND ITS WAY CHEAPER, AND BETTER,,,,KEEP THE FIBRE(STRAINED FOR MUFFINS..),,AND THIER YOU GO,,,,,NO WASTE,, KEEPS IN THE FRIDGE 3-4 DAYS,,, SHOLOM,,
