The most dangerous volcano in the Mediterranean today, on land or submerged is located 90 miles south of Naples, Italy. A supervolcano even more powerful than Campi Flegrei that just became active and has never erupted before. Meaning that all the energy it's stored in it's history will all be unleash in one massive eruption.

It's more likely the volcano John saw is the Marsili volcano underwater since he described the great mountain appearing out of the sea. Since Campi Flegrei is located next to a bay filled with boats, if it erupts, all the boats would immediately be destroyed, not just a third. It makes more sense the volcano is Marisili since it's 90 miles south of the bay. And an underwater volcano is what causes the water blood red.

Both volcanoes are the most powerful supervolcanoe closest to Jerusalem. Just far enough to bring plagues but not too close to destroy the city.

Do men not fear super natural disasters? Especially the mega ones you've just explained? Do you not think?

You are still just not getting it. Luke 21:25-27 is NOT telling you Jesus will return whenever someone has a heart attack during a natural disaster. 

This is telling you when Jesus returns, there will be disasters so bad that people's hearts will fail them of the things to come.

The Pre-Trib Rapture doctrine has been around more than 700 years before Paul expounded this theology in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 around 60 AD. This is evidence in the book of Isaiah 26:19-27:1 written around 681 bc -701 bc. Here it's revealed the resurrection of the rapture will take place before God's judgment upon the world. The resurrection comes first then comes the judgment upon the world.

Jesus told His disciples during the Olivet Discourse the rapture will occur before the tribulation. He will come for the church at a time when everyone will be doing normal routine daily activities: eating, drinking, marrying, and giving into marriage. Not only is this clearly pre-trib, it also refutes all other rapture views if He comes for the church at a time when everyone is living a normal life.

ABOUT LOCUSTS

A plague of locusts is a devastating natural disaster. These infestations have been feared and revered throughout history. Unfortunately, they still wreak havoc today.

Swarming

Locusts are related to grasshoppers and the two insects look similar. However, locust behavior can be something else entirely. Locusts are sometimes solitary insects with lifestyles much like grasshoppers. But locusts have another behavioral phase called the gregarious phase. When environmental conditions produce many green plants and promote breeding, locusts can congregate into thick, mobile, ravenous swarms.

Impact on Agriculture

Locust swarms devastate crops and cause major agricultural damage and attendant human misery—famine and starvation. They occur in many parts of the world, but today locusts are most destructive in sustenance farming regions of Africa.

The desert locust (Schistocerca gregaria) is notorious. Found in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, they inhabit some 60 countries and can cover one-fifth of Earth's land surface. Desert locust plagues may threaten the economic livelihood of one-tenth of the world's humans.

A desert locust swarm can be 460 square miles in size and pack between 40 and 80 million locusts into less than half a square mile.

Each locust can eat its weight in plants each day, so a swarm of such size would eat 423 million pounds of plants every day.

Distance Traveled

Like the individual animals within them, locust swarms are typically in motion and can cover vast distances. In 1954, a swarm flew from northwest Africa to Great Britain. In 1988, another made the lengthy trek from West Africa to the Caribbean.

Here's my question again from a week ago. Why do you need an army of 200 million troops to capture Jerusalem? 200 million is so vast, that's more than all the armies in ww1 and ww2 combined. Israel's current population is just over 8 million people. This would be the most lopsided confrontation in history. You don't need 200 million troops to capture Jerusalem.

Why are they there inchrist? Need help? Nah! You're on your own. They're certainly not there to play helicopters.
