I have gone through this with a friend recently. The Lord did intervene and now she is the mother of a healthy baby girl. The only fly in the ointment is that this mother, who is a Christian, will be haunted by her infidelity, and by the thought that she harboured thoughts of murder against her own flesh and blood. That is something she will carry with her until the day she dies, in spite of the Lord's forgiveness. But God is good, and His blessings are endless! Don't dwell on it or it will consume you. Maybe doing some work for Right to Life will help. On the same note. I was ECSTATIC about yesterday's news that the Supreme Court ruled against second term abortions! What a win!!!! I was sickened and angry about the 4 judges that thought this was going too far! HUH? I don't think I will ever understand. I can argue with people about how wrong early abortion is, but how do you even justify a conversation about late term abortions? There is no question that it is a baby that is being killed! I don't believe peole don't get THAT!!!!!! Please let go of your anger and rejoice in the fact that your brother DOESN"T believe in abortion. Hopefully he has learned his lesson about sex before marriage.
