Simple and delicious...nothing beats fresh buns!

fast rising instant yeast 2 tbsp

whole wheat flour 8 cups

ground flax seed 3/4 cup

sucanat 1/2 cup

eggs 2

salt 1 tsp

lukewarm water 3 cups
