Look for lawsuits.

The poor baby. There are a lot of other people in jail that "can't take it" either, but they have to. She's just spoiled and pampered. She has probably really angered others who are still there who will come after her when they get out.

well she is only human like the rest of us....if she has never been to jail before three days gives her a very good taste of it...she learnedd something for it i know....hopefully it didnt make her really mad......give the girl a break....rich or not shes just like the rest of us.

Being human is about all she has in common with a lot of us. :emot-hug:

She was in there because she commited and was convicted of a crime. If she gets out early, then so should all the other people convicted the same way. Hopefully it didnt make her mad? How about making the public mad that she got out early, that she risked the lives of others when she chose to drive as a DUI?

She's scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning (9am) for the judge to decide if she is really too "ill" to be in jail. I hope he has the "you know whats" to keep her behind bars for the appropriate number of days.

i'm annoyed by it. not so much at her but at the system that allowed it... the sherrif that overrode the judge's decision.

i'm also annoyed by the misrepresentation of her crime. "reckless driving"????????

this wasn't reckless driving, this was her THIRD DUI offense. first time she got probation, second time she got her license suspended...

third time she was driving drunk on a suspended license and deserves every hour she was sentenced to that 9x12 cell.

Actually, from what I heard, They let her out because She was bawling her eyes out, and would not eat her food... Man, is it that she can't take her punishment or something?

Lots of other inmates have done the same thing. She needs to grow up and accept what she has done. Maybe then she wont do it again.
