That's true, but if they're crunchy aren't they tostadas? I love homemade tortillas, whole wheat ones.

I don't see how it's such a strecth to say that Matzoh and tortilla's are alike.

Both flat, unleven, bread. Both eaten. Tortilla's are the "official" bread of Tex Mex cusine.

I fry tortilla's for my Tortilla Soup. That's the best way to eat them.

Maybe tortilla's are flat because the Mexicans didn't have time to let them rise when they were headed North. . . :emot-nod:

I make my own whole wheat matzoh every year. They are much more delicious than store-bought! YUMMMMMMMM!!
