Why do some Christians call themselfs "Born Again Christians" ?

Because Jimmy Carter made it a popular thing for Christians to do when he was running for President.

In CHRIST JESUS

You asked, "Don't we all who believe in Christ Jesus have the right to be called "Children of God" ?"

Absolutely not. Even the satan and his league of demons believe in Jesus (James 2:19 states, "You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that

I disagree. All genuine children of God (Who have God's life by regenration) have the right to claim thier inheritance as children of God. The Bible states this fact.
