  1. I stand in agreement with all prayers said! God please be with alien244 and help her get through these stressful and exhausting times. I pray that she will be able to see things in a bighter light and continue to turn to you for help and guidence and strength. Lord I pray that if it's in Your will for her childrens' lives that You will heal them of their issues/needs. I pray that even though special needs can't always be healed to disappearence but I pray and ask that maybe the symptoms will be lifted a little lighter for both him and for alien244. I pray that whatever issues her daughter is going through, that You will help her and bring new light and a new outlook into her life. Help this family, Lord, and bless them.
    In Jesus' Name,

    Amen

  2. Father God,

I pray for MissKaylay right now and I ask that You'd be with her. You know exactly what she is going through and You understand her. I thank You God that she has that little seed of hope still in her and I pray that she is doing okay and is safe! God, I pray that You'd make Your presence vibrantly known in her life. She is just a sweet blessing to the world and to us here at Worthy. I pray for Your strength to be with her and give her peace and comfort. Lord, I pray that she is doing okay. Bless her God. Give her a new understanding and a new light.

    In Jesus' Name,

    Amen

Hey MissKaylay... always feel free to talk to me! We have spoken before but sort of lost touch... but I'm around :) I am a good listener.

    God Bless & Much Love,

    Jenn

  3. Blessings to you.

God please bless this man in his journey. I pray that You would guide him and give him strength in whatever he does. Bless him and his family Lord, along with all the people he speaks to and comes in contact with.

    In Jesus' Name,

    Amen

  4. Dear Anthony,

Certainly sounds like a tough time... you won't want to hear this really (or maybe you will) but I know pretty much what you are going through. I was diagnosed with a spinal injury last year (well officially diagnosed last year after 5 years of misdiagnosis in a different city) and it's changed my life a lot! I haven't been able to work since 2012 (with rough patches beginning in 2008)... it's tough to get on any kind of income support even here (Canada) ... so many people have abused the system that many are denied because the Government oriented program people have limited trust with people... it's unfortunate. Anyways... this isn't a completely downer message... I want you to know that there is hope and soon you will be recieve the gift of help! It took me until this year (Feb 2014) when I was officially medically unable to work... now I'm on a form of Income Support through my province. Basically my point is that God is looking out for you - He will provide you with what you need. Sometimes we have to jump through worldly hoops for a long time before we get the help we need. But God is faithful and I believe that He will provide for you. I suppose this is a post with lack of encouragement but has encouragement as well... that there is hope and things will get better! I believe that! We don't always understand why we go through the things we do, we just need to trust in God. You've got awesome brothers and sisters here that are lifting you up in prayer! That is the best kind of encouoragement/love ever!! That strangers from all over care about you and for you! We are all family here!

Look up Romans 8:28 =) It's the first verse I memorized when I became a Christian and it has stuck with me throughout these years!

Heavenly Father, I thank you so much for my dear brother Anthony! Lord I pray and I ask that You'd heal his body from head to toe and take away his pain. Lord I ask that You'll help him to get better so he can work. I pray that a job will come up for him soon that he is able to do even with his injuries. Sometimes we feel alone but I pray that he feels your presence and knows that You are still there with him through all of this. Though our families can let us down, You never will. I thank you God that Anthony is here at Worthy so that we can all lift him up in prayer. The word says that where two or more gather in prayer, it shall be heard. Please bless his life Lord. Give him strength.

    In Jesus' Name,

    Amen

Be strong my dear brother! Things will get better!

    Keep It Real,

  5. LadyKay -  I know the feeling you have been feeling... like God has forgotten you and that you're on your own to go through all the things that life throws at you! It's a horrible feeling. Sometimes, as humans, it is hard for us to feel the presence of God ... it's like we know in our minds He is always there but sometimes our heart tries to tell us different... or vice versa... however you want to look at it. But it's such a beautiful thing to remind ourselves that God will never leave us nor forsake us :) AMEN! Though tough times arise, He sends His children to help us out... like your Pastor did, the Church family and your family here! I'm not sure what has been going on - but it sounds like God's got you in His hands! Keep the faith and keep it real!

    God Bless.

  6. Dear Sister Kwik - I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to hear you say the words that you are going to stay! We must all stick together and be the family that God wants us to be!! I'm so excited to have a new big sister that I can share things with and grow with and learn from and pray for! Man - I love this family we have in God! Don't know what I would have done without all of you - especially with recent events! You're all so amazing and I thank God for you all everyday!

Please continue to remain strong and in faith!

    Love you all in Christ,

  7. ((((((((Prair)))))))) Amen! Well said!

May God bless Worthy Forums and the Chat! May His love shine through all of us when chatting to others, especially new people! We need to show the love of Christ always! Too many people are being hurt in this world in REAL LIFE they don't need to be hurt in the ONLINE LIFE!! Show compassion and don't be too quick to judge... it's not our place to judge. Be careful what you say or how you react to someone... you don't know their story... you don't know what they are going through! Even when you do know, DON'T JUDGE!! It's not for us to judge.

    Remain Blessed.

    Keep It Real,

    Jenn

  8. Beautiful Sister in Christ,

Blessings to you! I don't know you well but I look forward to getting to know you! Sometimes it's hard to stay in a place that you don't feel loved or welcomed... I suppose you just need to stick with those who do show love and a welcoming energy to you as well as to pray for all those who are on this board and for this board in general. It's hard to speak out on our own to so many, but you, my dear sister, have been such an encouragement and inspiration to many!! Never underestimate the blessings of your presence here - even when you feel like leaving or out of place. God led you here for a reason. Perhaps that reason isn't apparent at this moment (a lot of the time God's plans or reasons are not apparent or make sense) but you just need to trust in Him and do what you are good at!! Never underestimate yourself. God has big plans for you here!

    Be Blessed Dear Sister!

    In Christ,

  10. One day Stevo; an aeroplane cleaner was cleaning the pilots' cockpit when he saw a book entitled "How to fly an aeroplane for beginners. Volume One".

He opened the first page which said, "To start the engine, press the red button.". He did so and the airplane engine started.

He was happy and opened the next page. "To set airplane moving press the blue button." He did so and the aeroplane started moving at an amazing speed.

He wanted to fly so he opened the third page which read, "To let the aeroplane fly, please press the green button." He did this and the plane started to fly.

He was excited!!!!!! After 20 minutes of flying, he was satisfied and wanted to land so he decided to go to the fourth page. He fainted after reading the instructions...

    Guess wht he saw????

The fourth page read, "To learn how to land, please purchase Volume Two at the nearest bookshop!!!

HAHAHA!!! I find this extra funny because I'll be taking my first in flight flying lesson in a few weeks! LOL. Oh man!

  11. Call me weird or disrespctful but I LOVE people with Autism! I think that they are the most normal and creative people imaginable!! In all honesty, none of us are really normal =) God made you this way for a reason, use it, maybe it's a gift. Don't think as yourself as different, think of yourself as unique!

I have a disease I was born with that is very rare (for the most part) and it's hard to find people who deal with the same thing... growing up I hated it and thought I was completely different and would never have a normal life. I have to take medication for life to keep me alive and when I was a kid, when I'd go on sleep overs, I'd skip my medications because it wasn't "normal". If my friends didn't take medications than obviously it wasn't "normal" Oh man was I wrong! I'm very lucky that my body didn't crash on me and die. Praise The Lord! Even before I knew Him, He knew me and He protected me. Anyways... sorta got off topic there, sorry, but keep going day by day and use your life to the glory of God! Let Him use you =) He made you this way for a reason - stick with it!

  12. First off, I'm sorry for your loss! The pain of losing a loved one is not easy .... I learned this at the tender age of 5 years old... I didn't understand really at the time what was happening, but now I truly understand the pain of knowing what it's like to lose a parent. I grew up without a Dad ... that was tough - my Grandfather was the closest thing to a Dad that I had growing up, when he passed away that was really hard. You are able to get through this and there are so many people and organizations out there that could really use your loving heart in their lives! Look into different volunteer positions - you'd be surprised at the difference you can make. Do it for your Mom - I know she is proud of you!

Always know that God loves you and so do we =) Hope you are doing well. Let us know.

  13. Dear preciouspearl,

It saddens me to hear that you are struggling with self injury and ED - that is really tough I'm sure *hugs* A lot of people here have given great advice for you, I hope that you've been able to read them all and absorb what has been said. Sometimes we don't think anyone will reply to our threads let alone more than a couple handfuls of people. You are loved!

I myself have suffered from depression and self injury and even had a bought of starving myself. Life has been tough and I've sometimes been dealt a few crummy hands of cards, but through faith I've made it this far. And through faith and strength, I know that you will be able to get through all of this too! You are special to God and to all of us.

Know that there is always hope out there! (H.O.P.E = HOLD ON PAIN ENDS)! Life can be amazing if you let it be. I know, easier said than done a lot of the time, but I have faith in you and I know that God will pull you through this - He will never leave you out in the cold to deal with things on your own.

Something I used to do was do a running-prayer... go for a run and pray at the same time! It's such a beautiful experience to run without headphones or distractions and just talk to God. Maybe give that a try every time you feel like hurting yourself. Be safe though - do over exert yourself *hugs*

Always know that there is hope!

    Keep It Real.
