Why would Michal, daughter of Saul and wife of David, have an idol in their household? I mean "no other gods before me" and "no graven images" immediately come to mind. Can anyone explain this?

It seems your post is more of an excuse for the idols.....I mean, Saul was annointed of God, Michal was his daughter and David was a man after God's own heart. How could any of them believe that having idols in their household was OK in Gods sight? Why Samuel did not condemn them is probably a whole 'nother thread.....
