    BAD HABITS

    "If you do not consciously form good habits, you will unconsciously form bad ones"

    . I NEED CLARITY ARE BOTH OF THESE STATEMENT CORRECT

     

    is it because we term them bad habits  we unconsciously do them, does it mean if we don't qualify them as bad and attached no big deal to them we will just find ourselves doing the good?
