  When you all pray for me it usually helps.

  For the past several years I'm finding it harder and harder to walk longer than 5 minutes. I'm also bent over so even though I'm 65 I look 85. In 2010 I went to a spinal orthopedist who had a lumbar MRI done. I can't find the report but I remember he said my back is a mess, but surgery can't help. Everything was minor back then. I remember "spinal stenosis", 2 herniated discs, and a word I couldn't pronounce that started with a S. I was on a medical site earlier and I saw the word. It's 2 words and it's worse than stenosis. This was on the MRI, Ankylosing Spondylitis. Unlike stenosis this illness is systemic which means it can effect me any where in my body. Two usual areas are the eyes and the lungs. I went to an eye Doc last May and he said I need cataract surgery on both eyes. My cousin was going to pay someone to accompany me but then she died. I have COPD so I went to my lung doc a week ago. He didn't like the chest X-Ray so he sent me for a CT Scan. The way I feel I was expecting tumors. No tumors just some nodules. Tonight I read spondylitis often effects the lungs. Furthermore, spondylitis is known to cause fatigue. I'm always exhausted. I almost wish the doc would give me Adderall. This is all bad, very bad. I feel like God hates me. But I read His Word every morning. After I read about spondylitis I felt my depression coming over me like a storm cloud. I wish I still had a friend like I always did prior to 2000. I've also been battling a nicotine addiction and I was making some progress. But I want to die and my foolish mind says, keep smoking. But I won't die, I'll just have more trouble breathing. I wish we had nicotine detox centers. They would force me to quit and I'd have people around me. Only God can help me, I'm beyond Docs.

   On top of all this, everyone is getting angry at me. The people in the stores I go in everyday and 1 of my Doc's has a receptionist who I thought liked talking to me. A few weeks ago she started screaming at me saying I don't have Medicaid. But I sure do, I pay $135 a month.  None of this makes sense, I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone again.

   So please pray for me. When I pray nothing happens.

Praying for your healing , depression and addiction . you will not gonna die until God dosen't want .. it better to keep yourself healthy rather thn in addiction because addiction will make your health worse. and about people .. people now a days are very unpredictable they get angry easy on anyone , world is getting changed and worse day by day . so don't think much about them .

  There's another reason to try and get a physical Bible as soon as you can. No one mentioned this yet. I guess you know there are anti- God people who are changing the Bible. I'm not saying Zondervan is trying to corrupt God's word, I think they are just trying to make it read like a novel. However, some ungodly people have already published a Bible where God is a she and the verses against homosexuality have been taken out. If this continues in 100 yrs there may be very few people left alive who remember the Bible of the 70's. This is why you should try to get a printed Bible in Hindi, even if you have to print it yourself. I'm convinced the un- godly will never totally corrupt God's word. But they will keep trying and they will confuse young people. I've already met a few 23 yr old women who asked me, quite honestly, if sex between 2 unmarried people is a sin. I had to say yes. One was braver than the other, and she told me she just didn't think it was. I'm an older man but I'm not ancient. Furthermore, I remember what it was like when I had to face that sex outside marriage is always sin. It's wasn't easy, especially since God didn't bless me with a wife. I think I was 33 when I finally quit trying to outsmart God so I could have sex a few times a year. But once I faced it I never enjoyed sex again. So I had much compassion for those 2 23 yr old girls. I think eventually they will stop fighting God. I hope they both get decent men as husbands.

So you GG's 123, try to get a physical Bible in Hindi. In 20 or 30 yrs you may be telling young Hindus what God really said. To be of God is not easy. But I wouldn't trade the late 40 yrs for anything on earth that God calls sin.

Yes it is right language .your idea is good and i was thinking the same  but i have to get correct version because there are lots of version and only few available in Hindi . one pastor on YT said that KJV is correct version .. Now i am new to this so i don't know but i will follow those pastor's advice .Im also afraid of same thing that i will get the correct version or not bcz ppl changed some verses and replaced "god" with "God " etc ..

And yes i strongly  believe that sex outside of marriage and before marriage is sin ,Homosexuality is also sin .even Hinduism ppl are also believe same its another fact that they are not following it . and i am always interested in following and reading what God says i really love this kind of stuff and i also respect you and like to talk with you because you are 65 and you have more knowledge and experience than me . i don't know why young people only follow what they like and reject other word of God that is really Bad .so i only like to communicate with someone more experienced because they know whats the reality . Can i follow you here ? & thanks for the advise .

Thanks but everyone have dream that they have physical copy of Gods Word and for long hours i can't read from screen and i know if i get one it will be not easy i have to hide it. i can do anything for that

Thanks JTC .. they don't have in Hindi  & i tried many sites obviously they Give free bible but it's hard to get in Hindi language and i found one site but they gives only Proverbs but i need O.T +N.T

I do a combination of extensive reading, devotional reading, and study.   The challenge with study is that it is useful to have other reference books or sites to get information.  If it is hard to get a print Bible, it will probably be hard to get Bible reference books.  Both extensive reading and devotional reading are something I've done for years.  I have found that at different times in my life that one or the other has helped me grow spiritually.  I just follow God's leading as to what is best for me at a given time.

In terms of how to read the Bible, there are different methods many Christians use.  Most Christians use these three methods at different times in their life.

1. Devotional reading.  Read a shorter amount, and pray and meditate about it.  The idea is to consider what God wants you to learn and do.

2. Extensive reading.   Read several chapters or a book.  The idea is to read an entire book or the entire Bible to become familiar with it.

3. Study.  Read a few chapters or a book and look up more information about it.  There are Bible dictionaries and other Christian references that give information about the history of the Bible, maps, and other such things.  This gives us better idea of the culture and people who are in the Bible.

It sounds like devotional reading and extensive reading are probably best for you.  

Thanks for your efforts and reply... But I already have app in Hindi but sometimes I read for too many hours and its difficult on mobile to read for long hours daily that's why I needed book ?.

Thank you for listing above methods bcz I don't know about that and right now as per this method im doing extensive method.. And I really like to know more about bible and ppl of those culture.

Aww thanks Ana. I never tried to email churches bcz they are not much active as I thought they don't have anysite or anything to contact but I will try again to contact them and will inform you ppl.

you don't know my parents they are very strict. I'm in my 20s. I need Hindi Language bible.

And if your parents wont let you to to church there are good pastors on Youtube that are well worth listening to and that you can call that your church for now.

Jonh MacArthur, Paul Washer, John Piper are very good. Keith Thompson is also good he is not a pastor per se, but is an excellent bible expositor.

I can't purchase bible, my parents will not give me money for this. I want free bible copy I. Surfed on net I only get. English and Spanish version . I want it in other language. Don't tell me to go to church bcz it will never happen I can't go bcz my parents not allow. Plz ignore typos and dots my touch phone is getting old. when i was saved first i think it was holy spirit told me to close all those accounts like facebook and other social media , 2nd time i had dream that in chating section some people are demons not here but on other education site where i was .. nd that people was really weird .  other time i show in dream if i want to connect with God i have to unplug my self totally from devices i showed dream that i should not watch my TV .. i only watch TV for some news or other traveling channels i show in dream that demons are coming out of TV in my home and they attacked me .i show many video of people telling not to watch TV and delete social media . other dream God show me was if i want to be human i have to disconnect my self from devices (TV, Mobile - smartphone , social media etc...) because it was making me robot !!!!! i just deleted all of my accounts .im using internet and this account bcz i can't go to church and my family is not from christian religion . so i used this account to connect with other people who think same .

i am Jobless and i am engineering graduate , i applied from many sites and also went to interview but in engineering field it is really hard to get job . i am not blaming God for this . i love Jesus ... and accepting Jesus was my best decision in my life it is 10th month and i secretly read bible and worship God . but 10 month before when i was in Christ and accepting God my life is dramatically change i was studying masters and i dropped out when 6 month was remaining i dont want to go back there bcz it is torture zone , and then i started looking for Job and i didn't get one that time i was happy bcz i had God and during this months i was little hopeless , frustated  and angry my life changed suddenly and turned into suffering and problems i am not blaming God for this . but i donno whats going on with me ?  i know God want to see me happy but its really a much spiritual struggle and mental tiredness with this kind of situation . and everyone hates me when i go out i donno why im sober and simple girl i don't hurt others .  No man comes to me and bring me to God ..but only Jesus .only God is my trust i lost all trust from human . humans are not faithful, not trust able. anyway i don't know whats going on with me and i come here bcz i have no one to talk about my faith and walk with God .
