Jesus said,"YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD", "YOU ARE MY WITNESSESS" We are the ambassadors of Christ in a dying world.Our only aim in life should be to glorify Jesus in all that we do and say. Reading foul things is feeding ourselves with evil,which can change our way of thinking,because we are spending more time with the devil rather than with Jesus. One may think he/she can handle things by himself/herself,but let us remember it's only GRACE. We can fall from grace anytime.Look at Eve;the fruit was pleasing to her sight and she thought she was going to gain knowledge,but what a fall ! ALAS!ALAS!ALAS!

I believe it's best to keep off books/movies that do not bring glory to our Lord. The Bible says that in whatever we do we are supposed to bring glory to our Lord. So we can check ourselves without anyone judging us. When we are watching a certain movie/reading a book ,we can ask ourselves;is this bringing glory to Jesus ?

The Bible says,"Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." Many believer's are unable to fellowship with the Holy Spirit because they waste their time reading unwanted stuff,which is really a hinderance to their spiritual life. Imagine Jesus standing close to you,in your room where you are busy with the horror novels that you are reading! Tell me would he be pleased with such things?

Lot's of gifts. The gift of salvation The gift of the Holy Spirit The gifts of the Holy Spirit namely:the word of wisdom,the word of knowledge etc. Praise the Lord!

Blind seeker, Strongholds relate to demon powers utilized by the evil one to thwart God's purposes in one's life or in advancement of the kingdom of God in general. Here ,the apostle Paul was referring to the reasonings of pagan philosophers and jewish rabbis and dogmas that nullify the Word of God and the facts of the Gospel.

Weapon-1 --------- (A) Worship The authenticity of Worship can be discerned if we really knew whatwas happening in the spiritual realm while we worship. At a certain point in our life, amidst great persecution from the enemy, as we worshipped the Lord with songs of praise and thanksgiving, my wife saw very few angels appearing on the scene after the worship and often the presence of the enemy rather than Jesus. This confused and perplexed us. We asked Jesus why this was so and the Holy Spirit pointed out that the quality of the worship determines the outcome and results. In Family worship, often children are distracted by the enemy and they do not take part in the worship which dullens the quality of the worship. The tactics of the enemy are very subtle and their aim is to make the worship powerless. They may irritate infants/babies making then cry excessively and spoil the effect iveness of the worship. Spirits of laziness, irritation, anger, lethargy and others may try to dullen the worship. Not only family worship. Church worship loses its effectiveness because of the nonparticipation of certain members. Nonparticipation does not necessarily mean they do not sing/pray. They may do all that but their mind is some where else. Like a few days back in our church worship, things did not seem to be flowing smoothly though we were praising with songs. On enquiring of the Lord He showed my wife through a vision that all but one of the church members were sitting around a table enjoying a banquet in the presence of Jesus. One sat aloof ( not with us) eating his own food. Unless the mind of each member is on Christ during worship, the effectiveness and eventually the outcome suffers. When the Holy Spirit taught us these things, we put a renewed effort in our family worship and the results were really breathtaking. As soon as we worshipped the Lord with all our body, mind, spirit, soul and strength and concentrated on Jesus in worship, the presence of the angels of God just increased by leaps and bounds. The whole house was filled with angels and the presence of Jesus was instantaneous. An enemy approached but could not get through anywhere near us for such was the enormous presence of the angels of God. True worship really makes the enemy go crazy.

The apostle Paul writes,

Well,the answer is simple. It was just Philip's turn to be tested regarding his faith in the awesome power that the Master possessed.Jesus just wanted to check how much Philip believed ,after seeing many miracles in the past 1 yr. that Philip was with Him.

Possession means to keep for oneself or to own something.And God would not allow a true believer to be kept by satan as his possession,unless the believer has wilfully rejected Jesus and given his life over to satan. Jesus says, .....no one can snatch them(His sheep) out of my hand.My Father who has given them to me,is greater than all,no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.(John 10:28,29) Ofcourse, a believer can be oppressed,afflicted and tormented by satan but not possessed.

STEP 3 ------ MEDITATE ON BIBLE PROMISES OF DELIVERANCE GIVEN BELOW.IT WILL BUILD UP YOUR FAITH. 1. FROM THE LORD COMES DELIVERANCE,MAY YOUR BLESSING BE ON YOUR PEOPLE.(PSALM 3:8) 2. YOU,O LORD,KEEP MY LAMP BURNING;MY GOD TURNS MY DARKNESS INTO LIGHT.(PSALM 18:28) 3. THE RIGHTEOUS CRY OUT,AND THE LORD HEARS THEM;HE DELIVERS THEM FROM ALL THEIR TROUBLE.(PSALM 34:17) 4. FEAR ANGER IMMORAL THOUGHTS DESPAIR REMORSE GRUDGE DISAPPOINTMENT POVERTY WORRIES RESENTMENT JEALOUSY SICKNESS ETC. LET THE PRAYER BE SPECIFIC AND NOT VAGUE. ASK,SEEK.KNOCK ON THE DOORS OF HEAVEN. IF UNBELIEF HINDERS YOUR PRAYER OR PRAYER ALONE DOES NOT WORK,FAST AND PRAY. (FAST ACCORDING TO HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG YOUR BODY CAN TAKE IT AND AS THE LORD GUIDES YOU). YOU CAN PRAY LIKE THIS. AND THAT FORCE THAT MAKES IMPOSSIBLE THINGS HAPPEN,WILL MAKE THIS HAPPEN TOO.MEN,WOMEN AND CHILDREN SOARING TOWARDS THE SKIES AT GOD KNOWS WHAT SPEED TO MEET THEIR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.THEIR SAVIOUR WHOM THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING TO MEET FOR SO LONG.TEARS OF JOY RUNNING DOWN THEIR CHEEKS. UNUSUAL FLIGHT. NEVER KNOWN JOY. TRAVEL TO A KING AND KINGDOM THAT WOULD BE THEIRS FOR EVER. THIS THEN WILL BE RAPTURE. THAT WHICH WE READ ABOUT,TALK ABOUT AND WONDER ABOUT. RAPTUREMEANS JOY.IT ALSO MEANS TRANSPORT.HERE IS AN EVENT WHERE THERE IS JOY AS WELL AS TRANSPORT.SO SHALL IT BE AS THE LORD HAS DECIDED. FRIEND,ARE YOU READY FOR THIS EVENT? ARE YOU SEALED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT? FOR NONE WITHOUT HIM CAN FLY AT THAT MOMENT. IN 2 CORINTHIANS 5:5 WE READ, NOW IT IS GOD WHO HAS MADE US FOR THIS VERY PURPOSE AND HAS GIVEN US THE SPIRIT AS A DEPOSIT,GUARANTEEING WHAT IS TO COME. THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE ONLY GUARANTEE. AND WHO WILL BE THERE TO RECEIVE AND WELCOME YOU;TO TAKE YOU TO THE FATHER AND HIS GLORY? THE BIBLE SAYS IN 1 THESSALONIANS 4:17, FOR THE LORD HIMSELF WILL COME DOWN FROM HEAVEN, WITH A LOUD COMMAND,WITH THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL,AND WITH THE TRUMPET CALL OF GOD,AND THE DEAD IN CHRIST WILL RISE FIRST.AFTER THAT WE WHO ARE STILL ALIVE AND ARE LEFT WILL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM IN THE CLOUDS,TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR:AND SO WE WILL BE WITH THE LORD FOREVER. HE(LORD JESUS) WILL COME DOWN TO RECEIVE ALL WHO HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL TO HIM. WHY WILL HE RECEIVE THE FAITHFUL? BEACAUSE GOD THE FATHER HAS GIVEN HIM THE AUTHORITY. WHY HAS THE FATHER GIVEN HIM THE AUTHORITY? BECAUSE HE(JESUS CHRIST) ABIDED BY THE FATHERS WILL , CAME DOWN TO EARTH IN FLESH,TOOK ALL THE SINS OF HUMANITY ON HIMSELF AND GAVE HIMSELF UP AS A SACRIFICE ON THE CROSS AT CALVARY.THEN BY THE FATHERS WILL HE ASCENDED TO HEAVEN AFTER HE WAS BURIED AND RISEN ON THE THIRD DAY AND NOW SITS AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD. ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE READY TO GO WITH HIM IF HE COMES TODAY? ARE YOU BORN AGAIN? ARE YOU SAVED? HAVE YOU TAKEN JESUS INTO YOUR HEART? IS HE YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR? THE BIBLE SAYS IN 1 JOHN 2:2, HE IS THE ATONING SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS AND NOT ONLY FOR OURS BUT ALSO FOR THE SINS OF THE WHOLE WORLD. IT NEVER MATTERS TO JESUS IN TERMS OF HOW GREAT YOUR SINS ARE IF YOU ARE READY TO CONFESS THEM AND ACCEPT HIM AS SAVIOUR. IN 1 JOHN 1:9 THE BIBLE SAYS, IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS,HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST AND WILL FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND PURIFY US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. NO MAN /WOMAN CAN ATTAIN SALVATION BY WORKS ON EARTH.HOWEVER GOOD/GENEROUS YOU ARE ,UNLESS YOU ARE SAVED BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN THE ATONING WORK OF JESUS ON THE CROSS,IT DOES NOT COUNT. THERE IS NO PUNISHMENT YOU HAVE TO ENDURE FOR YOUR OLD SINFUL LIFE,ONCE YOU ARE BORN AGAIN,ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN WASHED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS! YOU NOW HAVE TO BUILD ON THE FOUNDATION LAID IN YOUR HEART. i.e.JESUS CHRIST.
