Everything has to be slowly intruduced into the system. Remember back in the early 70 when they said that we need scanners in supermarkets. Everyone said I doubt they will do it. Well, we got it . Then came the barcode.When I left for Germany in 1990 in the Military The only place you could use credit cards was in Department stores Hotels and so on. When I came back in 1093 you could use them in Grocery stores also.
