This is why it is a mistake to use a bloated bureaucracy to manage the safety and security of the entire nation.  Each mass transit hub (airports, bus ports, seaports, train ports, etc. should be able to contract a private security firm to manage it's security, the TSA is about as effective/efficient as the post office and DPS.
