Topics 5 and 6: Plague and Great Hail

Ezekiel 38:22 “And I will bring him [Gog] to judgment with pestilence/plague and bloodshed; and I will rain down upon him, upon his troops, and upon the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.”

Zechariah 14:12 And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the peoples who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall be caused to melt while they stand on their feet, their eyes shall be melted in their sockets, and their tongues shall be melted in their mouths. … 15 Such also shall be the plague on the horse and the mule, on the camel and the donkey, and on all the cattle that will be in those camps; so shall this plague be.

Revelation 16:21 [7th Bowl] And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.

Joshua 10:11 And it happened, as they fled before Israel and were on the descent of Beth Horon, that the LORD cast down large hailstones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died. There were more who died from the stones of hail than the children of Israel killed with the sword.

In this great battle in Joshua’s/Yeshua’s day, “the kings of the nations had gathered themselves together…at Thy [God’s] Presence]…” Jasher 89:9; Joshua 10 That battle was a close type and foreshadowing of the End Times events of Revelation 16:12-21 and 19:11-21, when “the kings of the earth…[will be] gathered together to make war against Him [Jesus/Yeshua]…” Revelation 19:19; 16:14 See the 6th and 7th Bowls at: https://worthychristianforums.com/blogs/entry/2069-the-end-times-and-the-exodus-part-4/ .

Psalm 18:12 From the brightness before Him, His thick clouds passed with hail and coals of fire. 13 The LORD thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered His voice, hail and coals of fire.

Much of Psalm 18 is a vision David foresaw of the End Times.

Topic 7: God’s Spirit Poured Out

Ezekiel 39:28 “ ‘then they [Israel] shall know that I am the LORD their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them there any longer. 29 And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord GOD.”

Joel 2:28 “And it shall come to pass after that [that is, after “I [God] will gather all nations…[to] enter into judgment with them” (Joel 3:2)], that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh: your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.”

Isaiah 44:3 “For I will pour water upon him who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit upon your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring.”

Zechariah 14:8 And in that day it shall be that living waters shall flow from Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea and half of them toward the western sea; in the summer and in the winter it shall be.

Isaiah 11:9 They shall neither cause to harm nor destroy in all My holy mountain: for the land shall have been filled of knowledge of the LORD like the waters filling up the sea.
