The God will live with his people in the (barn) in the new heavens that will have descended from above to this very planet earth. I rest my case. Satan knew that GOD created mankind and he was jealous, he also knew that we humans will also be above him, so he came to deceive Adam and Eve and the world. I don't think so. Some bodies are beautiful and some, well, aren't so beautiful. I'm talking specifically about faces. I don't think we can have a face in heaven because wouldn't we be able to say "oh what a beautiful face" or "oh how ugly is he". And if it is a sin to lust another person's body or face, why would He put that same body in heaven? I kind of think that we're all going to be recognizable spirits. The answer to your frustration is simple, just look at Jesus, when he appeared to his desciples on the 3rd day when he rose, we will be exactly like him, he did not change, uglier or otherwise the only change was the eternal part that he will never die again.

All we know is that it exists, going there means eternal seperation from God, and we should do our best to get the Gospel out and make sure as many people as possible don't go there. Hell is mentioned in many dozens of Scriptures throughout the Bible, in fact there are five departments in the underworld of departed Spirits, and not one of these places is associated with or is the grave where bodies are buried. These five departments are; One). Paradise; In Luke 16:19-31; 23:43, we have pictured total comfort and water in this prison because the rich man saw Lazarus afar off in comfort and bliss and asked him to dip his finger in water and cool his tongue (Luke 16:19-31). How do you presume to be an expert on hell? I know this is probably some type of opening you were waiting for - but .... I have no confusing "truth" about hell. Matthijah has adequately described what G-d says about it. I am not an expert about hell, the scripture is. Read Revelation 20:9 and come back to me.

Does it matter to know about hell? Absolutely. What you know about hell is having a profound impact on what happens to you in the end of time / life to come. I respectfully disagree with you when you say i must only focus on salvation and not hell, focusing only on heaven is incomplete. You must also learn the other side. I know that hell is a sensitive subject and most of us have misconceptions and confusing thruth about hell. Now you need not panic at all, take a deep breath, then sit back and relax. We will definately know each other as Jesus knows us, right now. By the way, did u know that our Heaven is not some where up there? The scripture says, the Lord will descend as you see him going up. Then we will be changed instantly for eternity, we will never die again, and our GOD will live with his people on these very earth, i still LOVE SOUTH AFRICA, during resurrection i will chose to build my house here.
