  1. And your opinion is built on the media and what the feminist movement teaches you. Let them get infuriated. If they can't back up their points, then they lose. And no, don't let a women be in the front lines just because she wants to. As I said, it makes the men in her unit behave differently. Studies affirm it. You can pass off sexism as archaic all you want, but that doesn't make it wrong. I agree that militant sexism is wrong, but there are differences in the genders and to say there isn't is no different than saying we don't need food. It's part of our natural makeover. That's not to say that women should be beaten/raped or that they shouldn't be able to go out and achieve happiness. That's just to say that there are strengths, weaknesses and gender roles. Trust me. I understand where you're coming from; I've been there. But it took several epiphanies for me to understand that you can't base everything you know off of what you're taught in school.
  2. Absolutely not. A lot of good came out of the Women's Rights Movement, but a lot of bad did as well. Feminism started out as the idea that women are people too and developed into men and women being equal and, in some cases, women being better than men. Fact of the matter is, no matter which way you toss the dice, men are the warriors and women are their support. Putting them in war is a direct violation of our natural order. A few days ago, I made a post on another forum about why it's not okay to hit a woman and I think it's rather applicable here. The idea of women in war has never sat well with me. First of all, if they're a POW, the likelihood of them being raped is aggrandized to the point where it's ridiculous. And studies show that men doing combat with or along side women react differently to things. In the military, you can't have a soldier's mindset off base or it leads to errors. It may be a stereotype to say that women are women and men are men, but it's also not warping our thoughts with Disney propaganda and looking at things the way they are.
  3. Haha. I want to get that etched on one of my jackets now. Whoever shopped it did a bad job though; the U.S. flag is backwards, yet the text and other flags aren't.
  4. I suppose it's possible. I don't see why it wouldn't be. I'm quite aware that he can come to us, but for us to communicate with him as we do with Jehovah is up for debate, I suppose. Nevertheless, speaking the name of the Messiah to ward off his advances is certainly orthodox. Well done.
