Hi Humbleseeker! I have always though of Baptism as a public declaration of my faith. Its a good idea to get baptized but not necessary for salvation. Its symbolic. We are sinners going into the water and we come out cleansed by God. Its just water. What matters is the act. Regards Sean

Alot of my friends are unbelievers so I know the comments about Christianity well. I believe that the church is there to love. Through love we reach those that are lost and broken. Just love Unfortunately there are those Christians that feel its their job to Judge other because of their sin. Its really sad and creates an unrealistic portrait of the Christian faith. Christ = Love. Imagine how the world perceive us if we all managed to live our lives loving each other
