Where would we be if not for your grace. We thank you Lord, for your constant love, your kindness, your faithfulness, your glory, your abundance grace and mercies upon our lives, your divine protection, your provision for our lives, your showers of blessings and making us who we are today.

We give you glory Lord, we adore you, we honour you, we give you praise, we worship you, we magnify your name. Your alone God, there is none like you and there will never be.

You called us out from the darkness of the wicked world and brought us into your own marvelous light making us a chosen race, your priests, a holy nation and your own people. From the bottom of our hearts we say that we are very grateful Father for all that you have done and still doing in our lives.

In response to Rom 8: 35 which ask of what can separate us from your love Lord Jesus, we say that trouble cannot do it, hardship cannot do it, persecution cannot do it, hunger cannot do it, poverty cannot do it, danger or death cannot do it. No, because in all these things we have complete victory through you Lord who love us.

As we thank you Lord, we also ask you to have dominion over our lives, order our steps, direct our path, let your will be done in our lives and lead us in all things. Help us to hold on to you firmly for the rest of our lives for we are nothing without you. Help us to abide in you so that we will bear the fruit that you want us to bear as a branch attached to you.

Fear is a spirt.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

To defeat the spirit of fear, you can think about quotations deeply. Say them, mutter them, think about them deeply, ponder them, declare them aloud. They are weapons to defeat that evil demon of fear which is tormenting your life.

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but unfortunately, some of us Christians have received a spirit of fear at some point in our walk with God. I have had my own share of it. It got to a time i was so scared even of my own bedroom, i became so depressed, it was terrible. Then during that time i happen to tune in to a radio station and guess what the preacher was teaching about Fear and that was the day i was set free. It was not a coincidence that i tuned in, it was God's doing. Stand your ground and fight it and it will run away from you. Its a spirit, cast it out yourself, we have the authority. I did it, you can do it too.

Eph. 6 : 10-18 (THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD). We should put on the whole Armour of God to be able to fight when the evil day comes. Live right otherwise we cannot fight the enemy.

You are definitely not alone

Stop doing the things that you used to do before you accepted Christ which you know are not pleasing to God. Avoid things that you know its not okay to do as a child of God.

Ask God to help you where you have difficulty adjusting in prayer. When you find yourself swaying, go to Jesus in prayer as soon as possible and ask Him to help you out. He will only if you ask.

John 15:5 says "I am vine, and you are the branches. those who remain in me, and I in them, will bear much fruit; for you can do nothing without me."

You have been saved and you have to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. We can do all things but not all things is good for us as children of God.

Sometimes we as Christians should also watch our steps. You have to watch a movie, but must you watch that kind of movie? Yes, you have to relax but must you relax where you will see things that will disturb you? Yes, you have to read a book but must you read that kind of book? Yes you have to watch musical videos but must it be this one? WE FLEE FROM TEMPTATION like Joseph did.

You cant stay away from this world but you can be a different person. Let the light in you shine as a child of God by living a life that is pleasing to him.

Read the word daily and pray so that you will overcome the desires of the flesh and not fall into temptation.

1Cor. 13:4-8a says it all. So therefore it means that love is not all about feelings BUT an attitude and an action.

"Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud; love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable; love does not keep record of wrongs; love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth. Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail. Love is eternal."

So if our love for our spouses, friends, family, colleagues, etc, etc, is short of the above, we should pray about it so that we can love the way God wants us to. As children of God we should be ready to love the way God wants us to love otherwise we should NOT even try to say we are ready to settle down because it will be disastrous.

So lets live right for God so that the Holy Spirit will help us to bear the fruits of the Spirit which will enable us to love that way. God really has equipped us to be able to love that way.

Gal:5:22 "But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these."
