A slightly different view-  I see the wheel within a wheel to be describing the Mazzaroth (todays word would be Zodiac).  The four creatures being (living) constellations Leo, Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius. - all 12 of these 'signs/constellations are basic to the lunar calendar (Gods calendar vs pagan Solar) and also representative of the twelve tribes of Israel. These also tell the fascinating story of the Gospel in the stars.

I agree this is the Throne of God.

HE WAS DRESSED IN A CLOUD, with a RAINBOW over his head; his face was LIKE THE SUN, his legs like columns of fire; and he had a little scroll lying open in his hand. He planted his right foot ON THE SEA and his left foot ON THE LAND, and shouted in a voice as loud as THE ROAR OF A LION; and when he shouted, seven thunderclaps sounded with voices that spoke. When the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, 

 

Does the hope of God's people rest on the oath of a created angel? I think NOT!!!!

 

Lets look at the clues

He planted his right foot ON THE SEA and his left foot ON THE LAND

This mighty Angel is a symbolic representation of Yeshua the Messiah himself. For everything that is said to characterize this Angel could only pertain to Yeshua. Not only that, but the very actions of the Angel belong only to Yeshua alone.

Many did not recognize Jesus after the resurrection, even His own disciples!

Act 1:11 KJV - Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Jhn 21:14 KJV - This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

Rev 6:12 KJV - And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

If this is of a 'natural cosmic occurence', the next occasion is 3/20/15 - way too early for Sixth Trump/vial, not however, for a seal. The next 'natural' occurence of this phenomena will not happen again until 2022.

Rev 8:12 KJV - And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
Rev 16:8 KJV - And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

These two dont appear to me, to be congruent.

 

Try to fit 1335 in between two sets of solar and lunar eclipses and see what you come up with. Then compare that number mathematically with the three prophetic time periods from Dan. 12. It would appear that The Lord has made a slot in the solar and lunar cycle for 1335 to fit into.

I see this phrase used alot in scripture, and was wondering if this is an old Idiom,

"And they went unto their own home."

- and any form thereof.

As God and Jesus both have many names ie. God, Father, Abba, Jehovah, etc and Jesus also; Messiah, Christ, the Branch, the Word of God,etc.,  so also does the Holy Spirit;

Spirit of Truth

Counsellor

Comforter

Spirit of the living God

Oil of Gladness

Holy Ghost

and many, many, others.

You/we also may have many names;

father,son, mother,daughter, sister,brother, nephew, cousin, coworker, employee,boss, Friend, etc.

I cant answer your second question scripturally - however, i imagine that its because all the written accounts of baptism happened Prior to Pentecost/the receiving of the Holy Spirit, this is why there would be no account of it.

Greetings, Hindsfeet, I must totally disagree, we do not receive the Spirit when we are baptized, we are baptized because we have received the Spirit. Also, the water in that verse in John 3:5 is not wet, the water is the word of God, can I get a witness from anybody else.

Are you a member of a church, and do you have a prophetic elder/mentor whom you are accountable to?

The church cannot have people who are roaming around willy-nilly claiming prophetic words for people.

It can be dangerous to the church, and highly dangerous to the recipient of the 'prophetic word of God'

There needs to be structure and accountability.

There are more than one set of Trumpets.

1Th 4:16 KJV - For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

 Num 10:2 KJV - Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

Another Nugget for the Sixth Seal Timing:

Isa 34:4 KJV -

And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

Not necessarily, because many who hold to post-trib also like pre-trib look at the seals, trumpets, and vials being chronological instead of in parallel.

 

Something to note, for 1,800 years, the Christian Church has held to a post-tribulation coming of Christ Jesus and gathering of His Church. Only in the 1830's did the Pre-trib Rapture doctrine become introduced in some churches, first in Great Britain.
