That sounds hilarious! As for the movie: Personally I couldn't care if it moved far from the account of The Bible. It never said it would be a faithful replication of the original story. The major themes are there though conveying the same message (as far as I've heard from reviews) and people do have different interpretations of the scripture. Media can be used for that. "Noah" is no different to the write-ups people make up online of what they think inspired the flood story or it if it was literal, metaphorical or somewhere in the middle.

Some people want the world to end also because of the evil they see. I'm personally happy being alive but I can understand such people's wishes. The world is increasingly becoming a worst place.
