I'm a cheater- Publix supermarket sells these great roasted garlic flatbread( sort of like a thick Greek style pita)I take one of those ,slice up some muzzarella ,sometimes pepperoni,s augage or both, grated parmesan romano& top with a little marinara ...toast! Viola
Btw,any real Italian knows the cheese goes on before the sauce btw- then you don't have everything slide of the pizza when you pick it up after you've sliced it.... 👍

I refuse to fly anywhere.

We will be going to Italy next month to visit our daughter and grandchildren. They moved there three years ago. My daughter had lived there earlier when working for a US company and she decided that they preferred it to the US.
Getting ready is a BIG DEAL. There is so much to attend to: who will take care of our dogs and horses, passports current, plane tickets, lodging, etc. We enrolled in TSA precheck to make the airports experience easier and my son ordered a wheelchair for me. I don't use one normally, but I had a heart murmur during my last airport experience and he insisted.
Have you traveled recently and experienced any problems (age-related or not)?
I flew for the first time a couple years ago. I really enjoyed it after I got over the general anxiety of overthinking it. I actually took 3 trips in 3 months. Inverness, Scotland first, then Lucerne, Switzerland and finally Rome, Italy.
They are beautiful memories with, thankfully, no flight issues. (Other than we had to switch planes because the one we had boarded apparently had just gone through a bird strike)

C_Beth I love you!
And better than that" I like you",I only wish I could say" c'mon over to my house & sit with me awhile,we'd laugh a lot I'm sure....and I'd give you the biggest squeeze of a hug if I could& one day I will
But for now,ask Jesus to do it for me and enter into God's Rest with knowing you ARE loved by the many many FRIENDS you have here, not just Family,we are your friends& we"ll always be there for you to talk or cry or laugh or whatever we can do for you ❤️
Sister, you're not Alone- Everyone says" we love you" so why does it not penetrate( psst,it's the enemy- he's a liar!)Today I got some good news & when I left the hospital I thought" Who should I call, nobody really cares". That's a lie,the enemy tries us ALL......You just stand on God's Word, you are with His Body,we are all ONE BODY baby & if you hurt then part of ME hurts!
We love you C_Beth- just Believe God,we are His Family!
With love in Christ, your Sis, Kwik
My dearest Kwik
Your words have touched me deeply. I keep myself busy at work but today is my day off so I thought, "Let me check on my Worthy family"
God led me to do so and your message is what I've found. No one can EVER tell me that God did not bring me here exactly when I needed to read your message. I feel blessed.
Thank you so very much for your kindness. You have, indeed, brightened my day.
Much love to you.....and ALL praises to God for the good news you received.

We love you , we may not be able to wrap our arms around you and give you a physical hug but we ARE here and more than willing to listen and pray
Thank you, ladypeartree for your very kind words and bringing your ray of light into the darkness. Sometimes, one kind word can make a big impact on someone especially those with a broken spirit. ❤

Please pray for me. I am in tears and am so alone in this world even though I'm surrounded by people. Always begging for people to like me and not be angry with me. Begging to be loved.. So tired of it all. Asking God to help me, to fix me. I am broken and finding it hard to simply hang on. So much loss. So much pain. So tired.

The moment when a dairy touches coffee it becomes a fu fu drink...
You need to go to the pokey for that comment. Coffee could NEVER be a fu fu drink. That title is for a slurpee!

Well you think instant coffee is ok too and we know you're wrong about that.
I absolutely agree with the instant coffee statement. That also applies to decaf. (In my opinion)

Hello Beth. God bless you. What brought you back after so long?
I've actually been off and on throughout that time frame. I never lost contact completely and certainly never forgot my brothers and sisters on here. Life just came along and slammed me down quite a few times but the Lord has always lifted me back up. In my heart, I feel God has led me back here. Perhaps HE wants to show me or teach me something from someone or many here.
I simply feel blessed to be here.

Hi Sis
I went through a similar situation with my dad so I do understand how difficult and painful it is. Please know that you are in my prayers.

Hi Peeps
As I mentioned, this is going on for almost 60 yrs- it's my first cousin,I am the only family member that has remained in her life- she's far too complicated to discuss here and to put it mildly, she's mean, abusive and has always had an explosive anger Mgmt problem( without reason)
If you don't think I've spent countless hours talking honestly, counseling & being there for my baby cousin then I don't know what to say. I'm finished with her unwarranted verbal abuse( out of thin air) .. I know she's strongly oppressed ,hard to accept but more likely possessed
Of course I pray for her, really? I've prayed for her since she's a small child who behaved like a possessed person and was violent until late adulthood,I was the only one that could reason with her after she'd settle down but it's not my job & if it was- I resign
I totally agree with your reasoning. We don't want any harm to come to these people and certainly send prayers BUT you can only do so much before it starts affecting your own mental health. At that point, it's time to Let Go and Let God.
Blessings to you always, kwikphilly.
