I understand what the RCC teaches. You are simply not being honest about it. It has nothing to do with fallibility as much as it has to do with honesty. I'm sorry, but you demonstrate over and over and over again you have no real clue about Catholicism. You do not understand what you so freely attack. You speak of honesty, but show no honesty in your attack on the faith of others. May God have mercy. It's sad to see your comments on what is supposed to be a Christian forum , but what you say is true . I am bewildered by so much of the nonsense on this forum .

Salvation is just by faith and not by works ......the title of the thread . What is meant by "faith" ? What is meant by "works" ? Is my faith not a work ?

There are various "liberation theologies" .

I don't know who is the worst sinner in Christian history . It is for God , not me , to judge .
