  1. I recently joined my first church since becoming a Christian. Other than signing up to serve in a certain ministry group (eg. Nursery, sound/tech, admin, etc)- what are some little or general ways I can be a better servant to the church? So far I've brainstormed these ideas: -first there, last to leave -pick up rubbish, clean generally -offer ppl coffee or tea after service, make and serve it to them -wash dishes after morning tea -always be adding to prayer list the needs of people at church -talk to whoever is sitting alone -volunteer to help at events -ask elderly if they need any help with anything I can physically help with, make a list and fulfil those tasks, or delegate -get email addresses and send Bible studies or words of encouragement -rally up kids to play a game to give parents a break & to bond with kids -remember names and things about church member's lives -give compliments and words of affirmation to people, smile & say hi by name to everyone -"amen" the pastor Please leave any suggestions at all? Thanks!
