  1. This passage is about a man sleeping with both sexes. More than one partner.
  2. And any fish without scales is an abomination. Search for "abomination". Anyway....your behavior is having the opposite effect. Most of the Gay people I know had a Gay father who was not an active homosexual, not while they were conceived anyway. So, by even suggesting that gays should go back in the closet, you are promoting the creation of more homosexuals. Let that sink in. Gay people often come from homesexuals that are not "out" yet. So by suggesting that gays enter hetro-marriages, you are likely to create more homosexual children. Am getting through the DANGER of asking gays to change? Not that gays are dangerous. Living in a gay neighborhood for 20 years, they are completely harmless and fine neighbors.
  3. I used to be hostile about homosexuals, just like you.
  4. Actually the complaint in scripture was against how homosexuals were living their lives. It really had nothing to do with gender choice. Check it out: Ezekiel 16:49 "'Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom
  5. It's not a sin to commit to anyone. I used to be hostile about homosexuals, just like you. It turned out that all the lies about homosexuality had no basis in fact. They do not slide down any slippery slope into depravity as some imagined.
  6. So then you would change partner gender. That is your correct answer.
  7. So you do think that you could change if God informed you of your error? Try to keep your emotions out of your answer. The correct answer is yes, you would change. Remember, we do not ask of others different than we would request them to treat us.
  8. So it is not a personal choice for you...but you think that if somebody told you it was a sin, then you could change your interest have sex and get married to a man and raise a family with him, if somebody told you that was God's plan? That you are currently having sex with the wrong gender....then you'd change for God? Of course the correct answer is yes. Sexaul Orientaion is a choice and you would change if you were informed that God wanted you to have a family with the opposite of your current interest. It is only through ignorance of scripture that you choose the wrong gender to have sex with? I mean...thanks be to God that you were informed that girls were the right choice for you?
  9. Do you think it is possible for you to become attracted to your same sex and marry your same sex?
  10. So then this is one of those sexual perversions? I tried to get a definition for "sexual perversions" earlier, but no luck. Just a personal attack instead.
  11. So, then this is not a biblical marriage? Genesis 4:19 Lamech married two women, one named Adah and the... Or is this some kind of sin?
  12. I must be getting very close to your insecurities. I ask you what sexual perversions are, and you fail to list yours. You ask me to condemn the sex lives of my neighbors, but without x-ray vision, I have no idea what that is. You ask me to condemn any sexual irregularities, but fail to provide what is normal. All your requests must be denied I'm afraid. Now you are resorting to whatever backgound information you can dig up with your clever internet searches. Why do you think I used the same name on a new forum? Becasue I was worried about my reputation there? Did you think that through? The reason I was banned from the other forum for a few weeks is that I replied to a poster asking about a minister who was asking for money. I checked the posters previous posts and discovered he had been asking for money for missions himself. I brought this up to him, but the moderators felt I was attacking him and I was too far off topic and not sticking to the OP close enough. I didn't bother to appeal the decision.
  13. So you don't really understand what sin is then. Lets go to scripture for the answer: James 4:7Therefore, whoever knows the right thing to do, yet fails to do it, is guilty of sin. So "SIN" is when you do not do what is the correct thing to do. And that is spelled out: I realize you do not accept this scripture, but it is well explained in scripture. James 2:8 - If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:Proverbs 3:29 - Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.Mark 12:31 - And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.Romans 15:2 - Let every one of us please [his] neighbour for [his] good to edification.Galatians 5:14 - For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.Matthew 7:12 - Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.Luke 10:27 - And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.Luke 6:31 - And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.Romans 13:10 - Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.Leviticus 19:16-18 - Thou shalt not go up and down [as] a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I [am] the LORD. (Read More...)Matthew 19:19 - Honour thy father and [thy] mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
  14. That is avoiding my question above.
  15. The Bible does not perform marriages, so what is a biblical marriage? Many non-believers get married so likely that would not be a biblical marriage.
  16. Can you be more specific? I am interested to hear your definition. Lazy, eating too much, looking at the spouse of others, pride. What is your list?
  17. Kissing not on the lips. Licking things other than ice cream. Sucking on things besides candy. Actually, anything I do with my sex partner, for their pleasure, that is unusual, is a perversion. Some would say that any sex for pleasure at all, is a perversion. Not that I have an interest in following your guidelines.
  18. I guess you don't trust scripture then. Thanks for getting back on Topic! James 4:16As it is, you boast in your proud intentions. All such boasting is evil. 17Therefore, whoever knows the right thing to do, yet fails to do it, is guilty of sin. Here you can see that with two people doing the same thing, the one who does what they think is right, is not sinning. The one who does what they know is wrong, is sinning. How do we know what is right?
  19. So ? If you remain sinning you cannot evade being sinful by saying that non-sinning is not sinful. As long as anyone remains in sin, they are sinful and in need of repentance. As long as anyone promotes sin and teaches others to sin, they will receive a greater judgment, especially if and when they cause little ones to stumble/ sin/ or worse. As long as anyone does not repent of sin, they have no forgiveness for their sin, regardless if it is a "small sin" or a gross abomination against God and others. Now you are claiming even small perversions are sin......but failing to identify what sex acts are perversions on your list. And why would I be following your list in the first place?
  20. I know nothing about the sex lives of my neighbors. They must decide what is sin, not me. But I do have guidelines on my neighbors: Romans 15:2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. James 2:8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. Proverbs 3:29 Do not plan evil against your neighbor, who dwells trustingly beside you. Mark 12:31 The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” Romans 15:2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. Galatians 5:14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 7:12 “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Luke 10:27 And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” Luke 6:31 And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them. Romans 13:10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. Matthew 19:19 Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians 6:10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
  21. Non-perversions are not well documented in scripture. But scripture covers sex outside of marriage to be harmful and well as having multiple partners. These are both to be avoided. Larger crimes such as not caring for visitors are better documented. Ezekiel 16:49 "'Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom
  22. I am immersed in scripture pretty much every day. I've only been posting here a week so don't believe everything you read from your friends.
  23. I said Jesus sent the woman home without identifying her sins and called on her to decide what her sins were and He did not condemn her actions. Gill doesn't conflict with anything I've said except Gill adds that Jesus was not authorized to judge her. I don't know how Gill decided that.
  24. What other perversions are you imagining? And what sex acts do you approve of? Do the couples have to face each other? Is twice a day too many? It there a particular room in the house that is inside or outside of the "perversion" list you have in mind? Should I call you to check once or twice a day?
  25. According to Gill, Jesus did not have the AUTHORITY to judge Sin. See, now I think He did, but choose not to judge her. OK, Gill says Jesus does not judge sins as it is not His place to judge. I'll go with Gill, I guess.
