  1. Jesus is the bridegroom? I thought we were the bridegroom.
  2. Satan can only be at one place at one time. That's why he has his demons to do the rest of the work for him. You believe that the the bottomless pit is hell? Hmmm. I don't know. It might be. Quite possibly. But imagine a bottomless pit? In the earth? God bless you brother.
  3. Those angels are bound at the river Euphrates.
  4. 50%? First off, how many christians reside in the world today?
  5. Is it scriptural that Satan is in hell? Many times in the Bible it says that satan still roams the earth, devouring like a lion. And in Revelation, it said that Revelation stood in Heaven to accuse us day and night. It isn't talking about the past because there was no one around before Satan fell. Satan is not in hell. It's unscriptural.
  6. They will prophecy for 3 1/2 years. These 3 1/2 years would be the first half of the seven year covenant with Israel, correct? They will also be able to do many things: cause famine, death, pestilence, you name it. So there will be more than just the seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven last vials (bowls) of God's wrath. The two witnesses will also have this type of power. Who knows what they'll do in their 3 1/2 year tenior. God bless you brother.
  7. Oh, well I still think it means that today, but not many muslims will admit it. There are many names in the Bible of our Lord. However, His REAL name cannot be spoken in our tongue because it is so holy. YHWH is a common name for the Lord.
  8. Allah is really known as the moon god.
  9. If these two witnesses are not two individual men or the two testaments, could they be the Body of Christ and the Remnant of Israel? Or maybe they are not something human?
  10. Hopefully I didn't start a rift because of this topic.
  11. I was only considering the 3 1/2 days to be possibly symbolic because it's the exact number of their years in their ministering, and I thought that maybe their prophecying started before the tribulation, thus leading into the tribulation. Do you get my drift here brothers? Hope so. I know. It sounds like it doesn't make sense. Sometimes I have a hard time explaining meself.
  12. Hmmm...very interestting Adstar.
  13. Well, the two witnesses being two men is the most reasonable account, since it does say that they will be killed, and shall lie on the street for 3 1/2 days (how interesting?). But, you never know. But look at this also: Does that 3 1/2 days mean 3 1/2 days, or is it symbolic for 3 1/2 years? I doubt it, but it's possible. Comments?
  14. Yep, yep. I'm starting Cats. :t3: I just hope I can make as many I can think of. You and Neb have given me about 5 to create. Thank you kindly. Any others Cats?
  15. Very true CW. Well said. :t3:
  16. Thank you kindly, sis.
  17. The last trumpet would be the seventh trumpet, but what about the seven last vials of God's wrath? Do these come before, or after the trumpets?
  18. Bill, when you said "prolly", did you mean "probably"? Just wondering. Didn't want to take the message in the wrong way.
  19. Thank you E4S for your input. And thank you for your imput DE. Do I believe that these are two men? Well, I did. I didn't really know now. They could be, but they also might be the church of Christ and Israel. But why would it say they are laying on the street though, dead for 3 1/2 days? Do you think this refers to the rapture DE? After they die, they shall ascend into heaven. Could this refer to the rapture?
  20. Now, we know already who the two witnesses are, and what they will do, but what about after they are killed? There are a few interesting verses that follow after their death. Revelation 11:8 8 " And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified." What the heck could this mean? This city is known as the Spiritual Sodom, and Egypt? But is also the place where the Lord was crucified. Yes, this is most like ly Jerusalem, but why is it called spiritual Sodom, and Egypt? Is this another mystery of the Bible? Or is there an account to this? Okay, now what about these verses? Revelation 11-13 11 "And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them." 12 "And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto thwm, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them." 13 "And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of Heaven." A tenth part of the city fell, and seven thousand men/women/children died in the earthquake. Is this city still Jerusalem? Any imput or comments on this topic? God bless you all.
  21. I just like the shark, that's all. Anyways, I do believe that the rapture is just before the Millennium starts, after the tribulation. You also must take into account those who killed by the beast. The rapture can not be first, because then that would write off the Antichrist and his massive killing of many of those who do not accept the mark.
  22. I like your insight CW. Very good stuff. :t3: Glad to have you aboard here.
  23. Yes, you are most likely right CW. Unless there is a rapture before the Antichrist is displayed to the world ( which is very unlikely) I think we do endure hardship, trials, and tribulations. If not, who are the people who are martyred for their testimony in Revelation 13? Once saved always saved is not true at all. We fall into temptation everyday, and some even fall so far into tempation, they turn away from Christ. If you are christian, and then one day you fall through tempation, and you become atheist all of a sudden, do you believe you are still saved, even though you don't believe in God? Seems very hypocritical, and unscriptural.
  24. Well CW, it does change. God 's wrath is displayed towards all those who never accepted Christ as their personal savior. Is that how you mean?
