I did something to my wrist. I suspect that the garbage container lid fell on it since I have bruises across the top of it and a strange small lump. Typing and doing many chores with my right fingers is painful, and it was very painful last night. Use of my thumb is very limited. I don't want to go to the doctor again 0r to the ER due to the flu that is epidemic here. So I have been trying to make due with my left hand, which is slow going. Please pray that God heal me and that He enable me to sleep well. Please also pray that He protect my lungs and heal COPD. Constant hard productive coughing can be exhausting. Thank you all. God's mercies are new every morning.

Please pray for healing for me. I tried so hard to not get a cold/flu bug, but now I have one. I need prayers for healing and also to focus on glorifying God rather than dwelling on what others may or may not think of me. Only God knows if someone is trying to get on my nerves, and I shouldn't judge their heart, but I should give them the benefit of the doubt. Please pray that I will do better in these attitudes of the heart. Thank you very much for praying! God hears! God is good. PTL!

forgiveness of self

Please pray that I'll maintain and attitude of forgiveness towards myself for times that I didn't do what was right, but instead did what was wrong. I still have some self directed anger, and I could use prayers to overcome this . Thank you in advance for your kindness and helpfulness in praying for me. I need peace.
