    Which Version Bible to Read

Of course, you should read the original language. Strongs helps. I use bible hub dot com. If you want to claim the promises of God, then the KJV is best. I look at all the translations because that helps us to understand the word of God better so we can apply the word to our life.

People crashing our border are being called criminals,  drug traffickers, and the like, while what I see is  more people like this waitress. Plus, I see establishments closing up days of the week and even going out of business for lack of willing help.

There are legal ways to enter this country. First, you have to get an education.

God "plays", so to speak, by His own rules.

God impressed upon me many times that He is a God of absolute and perfect justice.

    1. Universality: Natural laws are applicable across different contexts, times, and locations within the known universe. They are not limited to specific situations or regions but are believed to hold true everywhere.

    2. Predictability: Natural laws provide a basis for making predictions about future events or outcomes based on the known principles and relationships between variables. They allow scientists to formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and make reliable forecasts.

    3. Mathematical Expression: Many natural laws can be expressed mathematically, using equations and formulas. This mathematical framework allows for precise quantitative analysis and the ability to make specific predictions and calculations.

    4. Consistency and Reproducibility: Natural laws are consistent and reproducible, meaning that their effects can be observed and replicated under controlled conditions. This enables other scientists to test and verify the laws through independent experimentation.

Here is one to ponder: That which you give away, does it not become another's burden?

I have a lot of stuff because it seems the more we give, the more we get in return. Yet it seems to me I was happier when I could fit all I owned in a backpack or a duffle bag. What we have is a burden if we have to carry it with us. Even though we adjust to carry the weight.

Giving does not always help people and often it does more harm than good. There is a real art to giving in a way to really help others. Perhaps it is my own bias that I would rather associate with the poor than the rich.

Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him? James 2:5

    Proverbs 13:7
One pretends to be rich, but has nothing; another pretends to be poor, yet has great wealth.

Even we are told the love of money, is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10)

Jesus tells us blessed are the poor and the meek, they inherit the world. (Beatitudes)

Perhaps it is the heart with which one expresses the love for  their Lord that is noted, more so than who had the most o give out of their excess.

Yes, you can not buy your way into Heaven, God looks at the heart. Jesus does teach us to give away all we have and then we will have treasures in Heaven. I have lots of stuff to give away.

I do not wear a wedding ring. When you do construction work it is too dangerous. The first thing they show us in our shop book in high school is a photo of a man who had his finger ripped off from his wedding ring.

App.y that to the lie that is evolution.

It has been around  for over a hundred years and despite having no evidence is still going strong.

    1. Modern Synthesis: In the early 20th century, the field of genetics emerged, and its integration with Darwinian natural selection led to the development of the Modern Synthesis or Neo-Darwinism. This synthesis incorporated Mendelian genetics and population genetics into evolutionary theory, providing a more comprehensive understanding of how genetic variation arises and is inherited within populations.

    Where is that evidence?

The evidence is in the mathematical value of the Hebrew letters. Gematria is a system where each Hebrew letter has a numerical value, and words or phrases with the same numerical value are believed to have significant connections or meanings.

The value of the Hebrew letters in Genesis 1:1 can be calculated as follows:

    בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ׃

Transliteration: B'reishit bara Elohim et hashamayim v'et ha'aretz.

    Gematria Calculation: בְּ = 2 רֵאשִׁית = 913 בָּרָא = 203 אֱלֹהִים = 86 אֵת = 401 הַשָּׁמַיִם = 395 וְאֵת = 407 הָאָרֶץ = 296

The gematria sum of the verse is 2701.

According to some gematria interpretations, this sum of 2701 is significant because it is equal to the numerical value of the Hebrew phrase "רְאֵשִׁית חָכְמָה" (reishit chokhmah), which translates to "the beginning of wisdom." This interpretation suggests that Genesis 1:1 represents the foundation or starting point of all wisdom and knowledge.

Some believe that there are many levels of understanding. They like to use the example of blind people looking at an elephant. The person that handles the trunk describes a different elephant than the one who has the tail. Who is right?

Just think that Biblical Hebrew is very limited whereas Biblical Greek is richer than today's Greek!

Greek is a military language used to conquer the world. You have to be exact and precise when you are telling soldiers where to go and what to do.

The Hebrew letters all have a meaning and we need to study to see what the letters that make up the words mean.

In Deuteronomy 18:15, Moses said, "The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him."

This is a reference to Jesus. We learn a lot from Jesus in just the Sermon on the Mount. We need to study to understand Genesis and the Sermon on the Mount. David helps us to understand Moses and Paul helps us to understand David.

We have the Holy Spirit to guide us and lead us into the truth.

You are really stretching things to apply this to any Bible translation.

Finally, the KJV was authorized by a secular king, not by God!

I believe the KJV has God's authority. Although it actually is not the best translation if you're looking for a commentary.  In this case we are just looking at the word "perform" in the KJV.  Other translations use the word "fulfill" "accomplish". "Perform" emphasizes the action itself, "fulfill" focuses on meeting expectations or requirements, and "accomplish" highlights successfully achieving a goal or desired outcome.

IF you want to claim the promises of God, then you have to use the KJV. I believe the KJV is authorized by God. I am actually a descendant of Bloody Mary's first martyr. He was a Bible translator. In Bible school they teach context, but I go back to the meaning of the original Hebrew Language. I look at what the letters represent.

I study the Hebrew under the Hasidic on You Tube and I read some of their books. They are glad to teach Hebrew to anyone that is interested. Although they are limited in the questions they will answer for people who do not follow their beliefs. I esp like Rabbi Friedman and Rabbi Trugman.

Christians would not be able to read the Hebrew Bible without the Oral Tradition. So we are very indebted to them for our understanding of the Bible.

Perform, fulfill & accomplish are three different words and they do not mean the same thing. The correct word is in the KJV "Perform".

You think that Hebrew existed before He confused the languages at Babylon?

We see "God Said" 10 times in Genesis chapter one. According to the Hasidic, Hebrew is the language God used to create the universe.  Within Kabbalah, the Hebrew letters are believed to be not merely linguistic symbols, but also divine building blocks with inherent spiritual significance.

The oldest proof of written Sumerian was found on the Kish tablet in today's Iraq, dating back to approximately 3500 BC.

If someone has already decided to believe that the King James is the only worthwhile translation, then some of the archaic spellings are likely to become a matter of attempts at proof of authenticity, I suppose.

In Jeremiah 1:12b "I will hasten my word to perform it." This of course means the original language, also I think that the KJV is authorized & God watches over to perform what He says He will do.

You wrote "Remember: If you think like today’s people, you will never understand the Bible! They used to write differently! They used to speak differently! They used to think differently! They used to act differently!"  So I assume that either you're thousands of years old or you're thinking in 2023 and writing in modern English.

God confused the language at Babylon. So we have to go back and learn the Hebrew that existed before He confused the languages. Genesis 11:7 "Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”niv

I don't see how there could possibly be a conversation between Eve and Mary.  They were separated by many, many generations, and both are long-dead.

Everyone is alive in Heaven. If you want to talk to Paul or attend a class he is teaching, that is available for you. You will have the opportunity to talk to Adam and Eve in Heaven.  I have had two dreams about Heaven, but I will not get into that now.

I have often said I would like to see the first conversation between Eve and Mary. In Genesis 3:16 this is clearly a reference to Jesus and we have the genealogies from Eve to Jesus in what they call the "scarlet thread" or the bloodline.

"I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”( Genesis 3:16)

Just as Sarah was a sister and a wife to Abraham. If Eve came from Adam she would be like a sister because they would share the same M-DNA. Unlike nuclear DNA, which comes from both parents, mitochondrial DNA comes only from the mother.

If I remember it is 15 generations from Eve to David and 15 generations from David to Jesus.
