Every word HE spoke is set in stone .    As GOD is HIS word and HIS WORD is HE .     All things written in that holy book are written and set IN STONE .  GOD INSPIRED IT ALL .

You been set up to believe a serious mess , if you cant see this basic truth .

Yes, because truth is something you only believe in.

    Right?

So is this:  Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Nothing is set in stone other than the corner stone.

If you force evil on people, they will turn good on you

OH dear paul would say otherwise .     Let us do evil that good may come ,  NAY .   WE GOT all we need IN CHRIST to do good ,  no doing evil turns one good .

Just preach the GOSPLE to the lost ,  its all they need to hear and repent and believe .

Dear Paul? Please don't, while Paul is still in this system working out what's gone wrong with you Christians.

Jhn 6:47 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life.

Jhn 7:38 “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.

Jhn 11:25  Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.

Jhn 12:44 Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me.

To believe in means to trust in and rely on.  Don't you trust in and rely on Jesus daily?

John 8:32 32Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

The truth is something you know.

I was referring to the book of Revelation. Man has little control over God's plans for destruction.

In those times of Nineveh our creator relented, did he not? All it takes is a world heart change, and our Lord will withhold his destruction on mankind.

Even more cataclysmic events are on the schedule as you well know.

It's not our heavenly father that does anything, it's man's sinfulness that destroys himself.

Jeremiah 2:19 19Your wickedness will punish you; your backsliding will rebuke you. Consider then and realize how evil and bitter it is for you when you forsake the LORD your God and have no awe of me," declares the LORD, the LORD Almighty.

What brings death ? Only sin. The soul that sins will die. God said to Adam on the day when you eat the fruit you will die. Yes he sinned.

Accepting belief as truth is death.

It is God breathed, the Holy Spirit inspired Word of God and not Paul's opinion.  If you don't believe that the 66 books of cannon are the inspired Word of God you stand in disagreement with our Statement of Faith that you agreed with when you joined.  Did you lie?

I go with the red letter Bible's, not anything else. Since paul said that he & all the rest of the Bible writer's only saw the truth through a glass darkly.

    So, work that out.

Correct.  Genesis 2:17  describes it as: tree of knowledge of good and evil

All we have now is the consequences of good & evil, that is both as destructive as each other.

    It's called refraction.

If you force good on people, they will turn evil on you.

If you force evil on people, they will turn good on you.

So the cycle of abuse continues, until they drop the A bomb.

Adam disobeyed the command to not eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge.  So he did sin or transgress the command.

Did our heavenly father actually say they commited a sin? That's all I care about.

The entire creation was not intended for decay or 'death' as you've stated, until the fall of man. ( and woman ) I'm not so sure about the tree of knowledge of good and evil still in existence, since the flood as you may recall. It was an interesting thought though.

No, not true...look at the Genesis story again. Adam & Eve never ate of the tree of life, neither did any other life form.

  12. 7 minutes ago, Willa said:

God had spoken directly to Adam telling him not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  That was plainly transgressing the word of God as He had established the first law.  There were laws laid down by God before the law of Moses.

Yep right, not to eat from the tree of good & evil.

So why do people still think today that they know what good & evil is?

Is our God going to show you what true goodness is?

How, if he said in Genesis it only end's in death.

It was. But spiritual death is 'spot on'. Kudos.

Well death always existed in the garden of Eden, and the tree of life is still in there.

    Protected by two flaming swords.

  14. 12 minutes ago, BeauJangles said:

    Sacrifice.

So sin was not the cause of physical mortality then? Adam & Eve died a very different death, like spiritual death.

Genesis does not account for immortality at that point, since Adam & Eve never touched the tree of life.

Yes, I did. You see, man if remaining in a sinless state of being, was supposed to live forever on a perfectly created world at that time. Sin ruined that plan. The rest is history.

Really? So how did our Messiah die if he was sinless.

Yes, there is a hell. Read the Bible and see how many references there is to hell. If there were not a hell God would not have put it in the Bible.

    I know, it's shocking.
