  1. Has anyone ever went through something like this as a christian? I call it the night season. I have been saved now for fourteen years and i don't think i have ever experienced anything like this i am having one trial after another. I read in psalms where it talks about the night seasons. Don't get me wrong i have been through some very tough things over the years but this one is different, i feel like my faith is really in a fight and i am in a constant spiritual battle.

  2. I can't access the personal messenger, when i tried it said i was not allowed to use it.

I tried to contact one of the mods but i can't. Can someone tell me why i have been denied access the personal messenger?

    Thank you,

  3. thanks for sharing Sue... I praise the Lord for that. Please pray for me and my husband we want to buy a home. Right now we are just waiting on the Lord and what his will is... :P

  4. I had a real problem of trusting and still do...i prayed about it and sought the Lord....the Lord answered me this way he told me...I am not asking you to trust everyone, i am just asking you to trust me. That helped me in so many ways. I knew the Lord would guard my heart and emotions when people would fail me.

God Bless you Sue for bringing this topic up so many have struggled in this area!!

  9. Brother David i found myself lying in a hospital bed crying out to God, this is not fair what did i do wrong? Over and over again, i got tired of hearing myself ask the same question.......... why God? why? It seemed like the hardest times was when God was silent, total silence no answers nothing.

I went to the doctor not feeling very well i knew something was wrong, but not to worried i had always been healthy maybe a cold every now and then but that was it.

We need to run test is what i heard the doctor say. Could it be i thought , my grandmother died of cancer when i was young could it be cancer.

They sent me to a specialist, we got to do exploratory surgery, so there i was twelve hours later trying to wake up from surgery. I hear the doctor tell me it was cancer we think we got it all, we had to do a complete hysterectomy, wait i thought did you say a complete hysterectomy? No it cant be, me and my husband had prayed for five years at that point i believed God. I prayed everyday i did all i knew to do now we are standing on faith.

I thought they made a mistake i wanted to talk to my husband he would tell me the truth. With tears in his eyes he said it was cancer they had to do the surgery or you would have died. I thought now i want to die i cant have children! The next six months was the most trying time of my life. I had six strong chemotheraphy treatments ahead,i had a broken heart, i was mad at God and trying to deny that i was,who wants to admit that, and i had lost all my hair from the chemo and on top of that depression.

I wanted to say all that to get to this point. There is a purpose for everything, we may not always have or get all the answers but let me tell you i learned to lean on Jesus through that like no other time i learned what it meant that Jesus sticks closer than a brother, i learned Gods grace is sufficient for me. I learned for myself the true meaning of Gods grace and abundant compassion. Jesus knows our pain he hears us always and he is always there, through Gods silence, when i quit asking why and just got still i began to feel Gods love and strength reassuring me that it was going to be alright. Thats was eight years ago i look back and now know it was all God all the time he brought me through even though at times it didn't feel like it.

  10. This has really got me thinking, after they starved Terri to death and the law allowed it. To vote it is the voters who put these people in office. I never did vote before but now i will. If we christians don't vote then this is the kind of people who get into office who allow people to starve to death. So as for me i am going to start voting in our elections. If all christians voted then we may see a change.

Show these judges and officials we still do have morals and we do care about life and the right to live. We christians need to shout it from the roof top and not hide our light under a bushel if its just a vote then vote.

  11. Thank you Dad Ernie I did tell him that Jesus was the word manifest and that there is power in the word of God. I believe the Lord was guiding me even though i couldn't fully grasp that paticular verse.

  12. Concerning Jeremiah 25,

    Something you should all know.

    Jeremiah 25:11-12

"And this whole land shall be a desolation, [and] an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, [that] I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations."

...and when the seventy years are accomplished?

Now even the good doctor David Jeremiah agrees that history proves that this captivity lasted for only 66 1/2 years. He say's that even though the Nebuchadnezzar's Babylonian captivity of the Jews was prophesied to be 70 years and ended up being 66 1/2, (67 in his words) "that's close enough!" Now, I don't believe that God works in approximations. Was the prophet mistaken? Was God mistaken? Was there a flaw in the translation? Neither. So how do you explain 3 1/2 years missing of  supposed "fulfilled prophecy?"

I think that there is only one man alive today who can fulfill the remainder of this prophecy and that person believes this...

    1. That he is the "reincarnation of Nebuchadnezzar."

    2. That he is the "god of rebirth and resurrection."

This is why I believe that the wounded "king of Babylon"...Saddam Hussein, will return and fulfill the remaining 3 1/2 years of Jeremiah's prophecy.

    Something else to consider.

The empire that Saddam emulated most was the Assyrian Empire... and Saddam qualifies as an Assyrian and a wounded one at that!

Nebuchadnezzar had his name inscribed on every brick of some temples and so did Saddam in honor of his greatness. Saddam idolized Nebuchadnezzar.

Saddam in Hebrew gematria is 666! The word of God is clear that an Assyrian will emerge as the evil one.  And his reign will be limited to his 10 nation kingdom.

The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition:"

I think the beast represents both a man and a kingdom.

    Any Questions?

    God bless,

    Reverend Turmoil

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Hi Reverend Turmoil how could it be Saddam? When the anti-christ will come in as a deceiver to deceive the world. We all know how cruel, evil and mean Saddam is. Where would be the deception?

  13. Can someone tell me what this scripture is about, Mathew 13:33. I know its a parable, i just couldn't grasp it. I feel badly because a muslim ask me about it. I did get to witness to them about Jesus.

  14. I would say the most important fulfillment was that Israel became a nation again. As Ezekiel said it would. After the Land was settled, that Jerusalem once again became its capitol again as the prophets said it would.

And now with the renewed San Hedrin, the rebuilding of the temple will be the next step in prophecy.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

What year did Israel become a nation again? Wasn't that after WWII? What has happened since then, other than this recent event of the reestablishment of the Sanhedrin?

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Sue i think Israel became a nation either in 1947 or 1948 i am not sure which one but it was after WWII.

  15. Let me get this straight, a man can commit adultery have two children by another women, while his wife lay helpless and then decide she should die and the courts tell him its legal. Hello am i missing something. My marriage vowels unto the lord said for sickness and in health. I have kept quiet on here about this up until now maybe thats part of the problem we christians have kept to quiet. Our nation has killed an helpless woman so whats next? This is totally against what i believe in the lord. Cain had to answere to the lord when he killed his brother, these ones will have to answere for what they have done to Terri. You reap what you sow.

My heart and prayers go out for the family of Terri and to all the ones who have been touched by this, i pray comfort for them.
