  1. Which is a major clue to his influence. All lies originate with Satan. As Christ said to the Pharisees: Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. - John 8:44 However Christ also warned: The enemy that sowed them is the devil ... - Matthew 13:39
  2. That's for sure. The woman taken is adultery, whom they were going to stone until Jesus saved her, is a good example. Christ told her to "sin no more". - John 8:1-11 The woman at the well admitted some of her sins before she was saved. John 4
  3. Abel brought a blood sacrifice for his sins. Note God told Cain he would be accepted if he brought what Abel had brought. This is just another proof that once saved by Jesus Christ, always saved by Jesus Christ. That sacrifice was temporary until the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, was sacrificed on the cross. If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. - Gen 4:7
  4. This is the history of the church for the last 2000 years as predicted by God. Unfortunately, these predictions were also not heeded. Today it is now the Ladodicean Age. The lukewarm church that will be spewed out at rapture. The church in Philadelphia is still here, about to be raptured so as to miss the tribulation.
  5. I like the list that you have given. The timing is given by the fact that it is about 6000 years since God created everything. Paul gave more info in 2 Tim 3-4 and 2 Thess 2. I like the screen name. 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. - 2 Tim 3:1-7, 12-13
