Arabs are the descendants of Ishmael, but they are not Jews. Have you not read the link I sent? The Rabbi explains it good why Abraham was the first Jew and why Ishmael wasn't a Jew. Abraham was the first who got the Jewish promises and thus he was the the first Jew. Even Jesus himself said to be part of the Abrahamic covenant you must keep the law of God, see John 8:39. So there is a condition. And also Apostle Paul said in Galatians 3:29 that only Christians inherit the promises of Abraham. And what is the definition of the word "Christian"? It means following Jesus. And what does following Jesus means? It means keeping the law of God.

You guys are not correct. The Bible says Abraham was the first Jew (Isa 51:2). And even the Jews confirm me with this, see https://www.yeshiva.co/ask/1615. And the reason why Abraham was chosen was because he kept the Law of God, see Genesis 26:5. Now someone asks: How could Abraham kept the Law of God when the Law came with Moses? This is wrong. The Law of God did not come with Moses. The moral law was always there since Adam. Commandments like: Do not worship idols, do not eat blood, do not commit fornication, and many more, existed always. Abraham was chosen and loved because he feared God and obeyed His Law. So the covenant with Abraham was indeed conditional. And remember when Jesus said: "If you want to be Abraham's children, then do the deeds of Abraham" (John 8:39). Even Jesus himself says you need to keep the Law of God like Abraham did to be part of the covenant.

Jesus was also in the desert and did not eat. Just He and God.

I promised Michael not to go too far. I keep my word.

I cannot say this here.

Judaism started with Abraham. Abraham was the first Jew. Even Jews say so. Why are they not the same? What is the difference between the two? The reason because Abraham was chosen was because he kept the law of God (Gen 26:5).

Hello, my question was not how many kinds of Jews there are. My question was precise enough to understand. And I know the theology of carnal Jews and spiritual Jews, this however is part of replacement theology, another topic. I believe in replacement theology.

How did you come to this conclusion? Well, according to the Old Testament Gentiles could anytime convert to Judaism, so can you explain your words?

This is an interesting question I would like to ask you. Do you believe that Israel's chosen status is unconditional, meaning that Israel does not have to keep the Law of God to have this status? For example, is a Jew who is an atheist still part of God's people? I have formulated the question precisely and shortly, so I would also ask for a precise and short answer.

Matthew 5:17-20 17 “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. 18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. 19 Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 “For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Job 1:1, "and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil." Genesis 26:5, "Because Abraham obeyed Me and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes and My laws." But Jesus is the only human wo was perfect since he was begotten.

Matthew 7:21-23 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

If you want to be saved, you must keep the Law of God which is defined in the 66 books of the Bible. Keeping the Law of God means thinking, speaking and acting as God wants you to. See here:

Many don't take the word of God serious. But I take it serious. If the Bible says: "Don't do this" but you still do this, then you surely go to hell. What do you think? Do you really think someone can disobey God's voice and can still enter Paradise? Are you serious? How many times does God say: "I will destroy those who disobey my voice" Someone now claimed and said: "Tattoos aren't mentioned in the New Testament, so it can't be a sin" Well, not wearing women's clothes is also not mentioned in the New Testament but it is still a sin. There are moral laws in the Old Testament that are still valid. A true Christian follows the Old and the New Testament.
