Personally, because when it comes to the word of life in Christ....EVERYTHING is Personal. From You tube to this Forum. Two things stop me from viewing or reading the information presented. 1. When I watch a documentary or planet video presenting the age of the earth as more than 6000 years old. The world we live in is Young and I am reading things in the word of God that does not suggest that we are living on a sphere. For example Hebrews 1: 10, 11 and 12. 10And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; And the heavens are the works of thine hands: 11They shall perish; but thou remainest: And they all shall wax old as doth a garment; 12And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, And they shall be changed: But thou art the same, And thy years shall not fail. (Before you, my reader run to another translation, which is my second point, read on) Have you ever folded clothes before, like a towel, shirt or robe. Here are the steps as recorded in the infallible text. 1. Lay the garments over the bed (spreading it out to remove unintended folds 2. take the two ends closest to you, spread out horizontally and 3. move forward arms open to match the fore-end to the further end. 4 repeat the process horizontally. This was cutting it short, but can you fold up a basketball as a garment? (unless you let the air out) Which building has a spherical foundation? I did not say round. I said Spherical like the Basketball? Infact I do not read what comes after. I have left many Churches because of the wrong translation, the Church i am currently in, being fed the pastor at times use other translations to clarify the text to which I give no Amen. I am the AMEN guy when it comes to truth. When it comes to lies or negativity in the songs or preaching I say nothing, I do not accept it. For example. The beautiful song "Because He Lives" The last verse forecasts a future that I reject by not singing it. Google it to find out. Gods word is forever settled in heaven, God warns us not to add to it nor take away from it. Yet we are again allowing MODERN thinking to control our faith, practice and the word of God. Again allow me to state the first theme of the bible a little softer for the babes in Christ who cannot eat meat. A. Everything that is most important God made only ONE. One God, one Word One Son One Spirit One Father One Earth One People(Humans) One Salvation One Faith One Baptism One Jesus (Neither is there Salvation in any other...(Please leave all those other names alone, adding confusion to the Church.)) When we pray we say Our Father, not Oh Jehovah, or Oh El-Shaddai etc. God is not the author of confusion. Stick to the KJB1611 and Jesus Gods Son's name given to us English speakers by the Holy Spirit. Lastly. We know that Knowledge puffeth up. How many Pastors feel a sense of "I know I study and you know I study and I know you know I study" when he whips out the Hebrew and the Greek during his sermon. In my humble or proudest opinion. I Trust and believe that The Holy Spirit chose everything from italics, to numbers from coma to full stops in the KJB1611. In contrast I believe that with the approval from Rome, Every other translations were written and haphazardly chosen by a group of "Scholars" "Dr.DD, PHD, DDDD maybe a few M's who disregard Gods warning almost like Aaron with the calf, "Lord it is for the people that we are translating the worlds #1 best seller." "God your book is hard to understand and the thees and thous are out dated." This is only hypothetical, as if these men care what God think of them using their choice of words for his proffered texts. Let it sink in and as you feel as though I am being dogmatic, absurd etc. Ask yourself just two questions. 1. Do any of the bible versions omit certain scriptures found in the KJB1611? and 2. Do you think someone will come out with another translation or study bible notes. My Goal is to purchase better equipment to begin pod cast and get into it with some of you. Unfortunately I am casting all my pearls of wisdom and understanding before you. And you accuse my passion for Anger that leads to wrath. Remember if you want to minister to me don't use the words of some random organization who care nothing for God, his word of life, nor his bride. It's enough to use Gods word and your own to express you understanding of the named text and your attempt to apply it to me. I accept NO other Translations. KJB is the only English Translation of the Bible that is Blessed by the Holy Ghost. Biblical Numerology proves it. The fact that it is constantly under attack, weather soft attack by scholars trying to cast doubt in the minds of young, unstable believers, the very Vibrations readers get from reading the KJB is Blessed by the Holy Ghost/ Spirit. When Preachers or anyone reads ANY other translations the Vibrations, the positioning of words, choice of words is all wrong. Think about it. I have heard the position of the earth from the sun, the position of the moon and the significance of Gods Precise measurements, then when it comes to His word which he honors above his name, so many of you are flippant, taking his choice of order and placement lightly, Just like the snake in the Garden. The Name for Salvation in ENGLISH is JESUS with a J. I speak now as the Oracle of God. If you are afraid to offend a stand on Gods word the KJB then sit and allow me to speak. The Roman officers went back and what did they say of Jesus. 'The officers answered, Never man spake like this man. Seems Like everyone wants to over rule God. Lastly : God has several themes in the World. All the important things in our world come in ones One God, One Bible, one faith, one church, one baptism, one *Begotten son, This is our Power this is Our Strength. When the world offers us Doubt: World and Non-Believers: Do you really think that Your God can preserve his word in one Book? We could accept that All translations "contain" the word of God. But "Surely" the manuscripts and time and the tyndale, wesscott and the fairchild's, the Rockeffellers, they are all more powerful than your God. YOU: (sheepishly laughs) heh heh you have a point, we accept all discussions. ME: YES GOD HAS PRESERVED HIS WORD IN THE KJB. PEROD! My God does the impossible.
