I was just listening to a piece on this on Fox, since I'm still not able to go to work, and I'm fine with it.  Harriet Tubman was a great American and deserves a place on our currency.  It's time we recognize that not all great Americans were men.

I don't think anyone has a hard time recognizing that.  Betsy Ross, Eleanor Roosevelt, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks are some examples that come to mind.  I actually believe that no politician's face should be on our currency, kind of reminds me of what kings used to do to claim that all the money in the kingdom belonged to them.

  2. Hi Spiderman,

Well, from what you have written and testified to, I can see why you think life is full of suffering and that you think it is only going to get worse for you from here.  But, I promise you, put faith in God, Jesus, and yourself to make the changes in your life you want to make and life will get better.  It won't be an easy process, but you have to take it 1 day at a time.  Make 1 good decision every day and build on it.  Every day is an opportunity to grow and become a better person than you were the day before.  Start with something easy, like getting a little exercise.  You could go for a walk and get away from the things that cause you to relapse into old habits.  During your walk take time to appreciate the great things about this world, reflect on them and pray to God and give Him thanks for the things He has provided you.  It could be as simple as you being thankful you have survived after all your struggles.

Life is full of trials, but taking time to be kind and loving towards one another will go a long way to making this world a better place.  And be kind to yourself and love yourself, you are one of God's creations, see it as a blessing.

To answer your question, I believe the reason there is so much suffering in this world is because people are not following the second part of the Greatest Commandment:  To love one another as you would love yourself.  Matthew Chapter 22, verses 36-40:  36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Maybe the reason people aren't loving each other like they should is because they do not love themselves like they should.  You have to be able to forgive yourself before you can forgive anyone else.  Find that right person that fills your spirit full of joy and happiness and pour all your love into her.  Life is going to be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone.

Take care my brother, thank you for visiting us, I hope you stick around for awhile and welcome to the ministry.

    Your brother,

    Justin

  3. Hoe you get to feeling better o o

I am not going to let people pervert scripture in order to try and convince us that pacifism and helplessness in the face of evil are what God intends for us.  They wonder why non-believers say, "If God really loves us, why would He let ____ happen?

I tell ya, this is not a big deal.
No matter what our founding fathers wrote, and what it is for, we as christians should not own guns.
That is my observation of how the scriptures read.
How can we protect the ones we love if we do not have weapons?  Easy.  We stop abiding by a man made article, and follow the article by YAH.
    We are NOT Americans.
We have another country, and one that was not made by man.
We should be seeking first the kingdom, and everything beyond that is just something extra.
We should not fight.  We should ALWAYS stand for what we believe, without violence.  If it means death, then it is death.
Since we believe in the resurrection, we should not fear death.
Lets not worry about what Ammon Bundy is doing.  LEt us not worry about what Obama is doing.  Let us seek first the kingdom, and we will be okay.

Jesus's disciples were instructed to bear arms.  So, what scriptures are you referring to?

I am just trying to get people to be ready and plan now, if any one wants to believe in the pre trib rapture, that's on them I don't , but as brothers and sisters in the lord we need to support and give truth , and right now ,if you are right and I am wrong or I am wrong and you are right, this should not  !! and does not, stop you from getting your business and families ready ,in case of a emergency , and or the lord delays, then you will have to face what is coming ,and this is what ,last daze ,and my self ,omegaman ,have been trying to say,

for  life insurance and car insurance is worthless if you get it , after you crash your car and die ,right ?

so why would anyone , be so stubborn to not put away or aside this belief they have, ? and try to be ready and incase be prepared, this is a warning to you all, do not think you will not suffer at all, only the foolish builds there house on sand , and then the water washes it away

this is out of Gods love and mercy to be ready , you have been warned , so now , !!! you that read this is , are with out excuse,

for God says , that my people perish, for their lack of wisdom.

  6. That's why the progressives are pushing social unrest, if they can't get their base motivated to vote, maybe they will at least get the angry mobs to interfere with the election and discourage conservatives, independents, libertarians from voting.  Gonna be a long Summer.

  7. "The high-profile rollout reflects a White House continuing to look for ways to wrap up unfinished business, despite an uncooperative Congress."

If one reading this article didn't know any better, they'd believe that Congress is required to answer to the President, this isn't the case.  Maybe the problem is an uncooperative President, that has circumvented Congress at every opportunity.

I am politically cynical, so I could see this as a way for Obama to help Clinton look more moderate if she opposes his executive orders during her campaign.  Afterall, the Presdent knows that in 12 days, he will have less than a year left for his administration and that his executive orders will be overturned before they have a chance to cause permanent changes to the country.

On the other hand, if Clinton supports his executive actions, she may be able to motivate her base enough to get her elected, but I doubt it, they have been pretty fat and happy for the last 8 years, getting everything they have ever dreamed of from this President, I don't see much of anything left for them to get excited about.

  8. Brothers and Sisters, for too long we have put more faith in the workings of Man than the workings of God and this is the result.  Who cares if the Pope is an Apostate? He may have been given a worldly title, but he is not the leader of our Church, he clearly isn't even a Representative of Christianity.  We need to our faith back in Christ and He will deliver us.

Many people see their blessings as burdens.  Children are a blessing from the Lord, but many see their children as burdens.

And what may seem to each of us to be a burden, may actually be a blessing.

I hate it when parents treat their children like that.

  10. as it is written "if anyone had 2 houses, let him sell one to meet the needs of others"

but then,  who can read or hear ??

and then again,  for those with ears to hear during this time of famine of hearing ,

"wherever your treasure is, that IS where your heart is also." ....

Where is that written (red)?  Karl Marx's and Friedrich Engel's Communist Manifesto?

  11. The US isn't responsible for Kenya's poverty, so we shouldn't feel ashamed for being more prosperous than that country.  If Kenya had been a Judeo-Christian society like the US was at its peak, they wouldn't be so impoverished.

My advice, the ladies that are concerned about bad renters should ask the church to get involved to help them find good, trustworthy renters in the congregation, or sell the home.

I have a very dear friend from Kenya (now living in Italy with her precious husband).  I assure you that she is very much a Christian and is quite competent and capable.  Her familial origins have nothing to do with her faith and her current prosperity, I assure you!  And we shouldn't be ashamed of prosperity (in whichever form it may come about), but should give to others as God has generously given to us!

It doesn't matter how she lives her life, her country (her government) has made and continues to make poor decisions that perpetuate their poverty.  Anecdotes won't change the reality of that.

Do you even know Kenya's history?  Do you know your own country's?  Sorry, this to me is absolute ignorance.

What I do agree with is that the ladies should ask for help getting good renters.  My suggestion would be LadyKay.

Don't try to equate British colonialism with American exceptionalism.
