I think that all it is going to take is another presidential administration like Clintons. I don't mean this in just political ideology. It goes way deeper then that.
  4. It's a shame that it all has to come down to politics.
  5. I think we need to stay only until a new government is firmly in place. One that is voted in by the people of Afghanistan. Not a communist regime that our goverment has allowed to be installed in other countries over the past few decades. Then maybe we can give them some aid so long as they can prove that it is going directly to the people and not to make some tyrant dictator rich. This would be the ideal situation, but it doesn't happen that way in the real world anymore. (Edited by boblandis at 12:09 am on Mar. 20, 2002)
  6. Iraqi arms threat real By Marie Colvin, Nicholas Rufford 18mar02 AN Iraqi defector has given US intelligence details of a secret underground network of laboratories where Saddam Hussein is believed to be building weapons of mass destruction. The defector is a 43-year-old civil engineer named Adnan Sayeed, who worked on 20 sites. He has provided evidence suggesting they are part of a network of bunkers where chemical and biological weapons have been made, and where attempts are under way to create a nuclear bomb. A second defector said Iraq had constructed seven mobile germ laboratories, which are disguised as milk trucks. Mr Hussein's efforts to conceal his weapons program have reinforced fears among US and British officials that he has rebuilt a clandestine arsenal since UN weapons inspectors were forced out of Iraq three years ago. Amid growing tension over plans by US President George W. Bush to force Mr Hussein from power, the British foreign office has alerted its embassies after eight Iraqis were found spying on British diplomats in Sweden in preparation for terrorist attacks. The eight, including two diplomats, were expelled or banned from Sweden after carrying out reconnaissance on British and US missions. The expulsions in January were the first sign that Mr Hussein may have activated a European network of spies to retaliate if he is attacked. Mr Sayeed escaped from Baghdad in June, 2001, by paying about ึ,000 in bribes and driving his two wives and children north to Kurdistan. A senior British official said the information about underground sites was regarded as high-grade by the Pentagon. Mr Sayeed has supported it with technically detailed Iraqi government contracts, which have been seen by The Sunday Times. The 3000-word transcript of a preliminary interview with Mr Sayeed shows he claims to have created "clean" rooms, using special materials to line floors and walls. The sites were under private houses, state factories and the Saddam Hussein hospital in Baghdad. Mr Sayeed says a unit producing mustard gas has been hidden between factories making insulation material at the Al-Taji compound, north of Baghdad. At the city's Waziriya complex two years ago, he was ordered to wear a protective suit, mask and gloves to seal a floor in an area where the air passed through seven layers of filtration before reaching the outside. He also speaks of a biological laboratory under the Adwaniya presidential palace, and wells about 16km south of Baghdad that were dug six metres underground and lined with 1.25m of concrete mixed with lead. "My assumption is that there is radiation there. Why use lead otherwise?" he said. The second recent defector, whose name is being withheld until his family reaches safety, said he worked in a conceal ment unit to foil UN searches. According to his account, Iraq took delivery of seven flatbed trucks fitted with computers, microscopes and other equipment. They moved between the central Iraqi cities of Hilla and Kut, he said. Such claims are expected to add momentum to US efforts to win support for military action against Iraq. Dick Cheney, the US Vice-President, arrived in Saudi Arabia yesterday on the latest stage of a tour of the Middle East.

  8. Evidence That Arabs Shot 12-Year-Old Muhammad A prominent German television station will broadcast a documentary movie tomorrow night casting strong doubts on the Arab version of the death of 12-year-old Muhammad A-Dura in Gaza at the beginning of the Oslo War. The PA capitalized on footage of the death of the boy cowering behind his father, broadcast countless times throughout the world, as an example of Israeli aggression. The possibility that Arabs might actually have fired the fatal shots, as claimed by many Israelis, was essentially ignored. The film to be screened tomorrow, however, shows much evidence indicating that PA forces killed the boy. The findings include the angle of fire, the duration and radius of the shots, the force with which the bullets penetrated the wall behind the boy, and the precision of the shots.

  12. By LAURA KING AP Special Correspondent March 16, 2002, 1:45 PM EST BETHLEHEM, West Bank -- One was strung up by his heels in the middle of a downtown traffic circle. The battered body of another was dragged through the streets before assailants tried to hang the corpse from a rooftop overlooking the traditional site of Jesus' birth. Two more were snatched off a West Bank road, driven to a deserted slaughterhouse and riddled with bullets. Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel have frequently been targeted by fellow Palestinians during nearly 18 months of bitter fighting with Israel, but in recent days, the pace of these vigilante-style killings has picked up sharply. Seven suspected collaborators have been slain by Palestinian gunmen in the past week alone, compared to about two dozen until then. The killings echo a grim pattern established during the first Palestinian uprising against Israel, which lasted from 1987 to 1993. In those years, more than 800 suspected collaborators were slain by fellow Palestinians -- about one-third of the total Palestinian deaths in that intefadeh. The latest killings -- many of them chillingly gruesome and highly public in nature -- appear calculated to terrorize any Palestinian contemplating cooperation with the Israeli security services. Palestinian militiamen behind the slayings promise their anti-collaborator campaign will intensify. Collaborators "are very dangerous -- they're more dangerous than the Israelis," said Abu Mujahid, a spokesman for the Al Aqsa Brigades, a Palestinian militia group linked to Yasser Arafat's Fatah faction, which claimed responsibility for at least five of the recent killings. "They're the enemy you don't know -- they're within, they're among us." Militiamen who profess loyalty to the Palestinian leader say their campaign against collaborators was prompted in part by Israeli attacks on Arafat's Palestinian Authority. Last week, Israel staged its biggest offensive yet in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, sending troops and tanks into Palestinian cities, towns and refugee camps. Israel, which accuses the Palestinian security services of having direct ties to terror attacks against Israelis, has been bombing Palestinian police stations, demolishing intelligence installations and shelling Palestinian checkpoints. Some collaborators were freed from Palestinian custody during last week's Israeli incursions into Palestinian-controlled areas. "We told (the Palestinian Authority), 'You cannot keep the collaborators, because you haven't got jails," said Abu Mujahid, interviewed by The Associated Press after the Al Aqsa Brigades shot two convicted collaborators Friday night at a slaughterhouse and dumped their bodies. The slain men had escaped from Palestinian prison a week earlier, in the wake of Israeli shelling in the West Bank town of Nablus. A little over a year ago, Arafat's government cracked down on collaborators, executing two of them by firing squad and sentencing at least seven others to death. But the executions drew an outcry from human rights groups and foreign governments, and none has been carried out since. "The Palestinian Authority has many considerations in dealing with this, the human rights issue, and because of this they've stopped carrying out verdicts, especially when it's the death penalty," said Abu Mujahid. "But we have only one issue -- our security. So we say, 'If there's someone who's collaborating, bring him to us, and we will do the job.' " Among Palestinians, even those who believe collaborators should be harshly punished are alarmed by the climate of chaos and lawlessness surrounding this spate of killings. In the West Bank town of Ramallah, the Palestinians' commercial and administrative center, the blood-streaked body of Raed Naem Odeh, shot for alleged collaboration, was left dangling by the ankles on Tuesday from a monument in the middle of the town's main square. It was the first public display of the body of a suspected collaborator during the fighting. Judging from recent bloody events, those at greatest risk of summary execution at the hands of militiamen are those Palestinians suspected of having provided information that helped Israel assassinate activist leaders. Israel has acknowledged killing some militants who it says carried out terror attacks. In the West Bank town of Bethlehem on Thursday, Palestinian militiamen snatched two alleged informers who had been moved from the main prison after Israeli airstrikes last week. One of them, Mohammed Dakhalla, had been sentenced to death last year by a Palestinian court for helping Israel kill Hussein Abayat, a local militia leader. The other, Mahmoud Sabatin, had been in Palestinian custody on suspicion of helping Israel kill another militia leader, but was never tried Gunmen shot the two to death before onlookers at the very spot where Abayat was killed in an Israeli missile attack in November 2000. The assailants then dragged Sabatin's body through town behind a pickup truck before trying to dangle it from a building overlooking Manger Square, the traditional birthplace of Christ. Palestinian police prevented the body from being strung up. In Palestinian society, the stigma against collaborators is powerful, even in death. On Saturday, Dakhalla's family was still trying to get his body returned to them. Local imams, or mosque preachers, have refused to allow him to be buried in any town cemetery. At the family house in Bethlehem, his 52-year-old mother, Huda, said neighbors told her they had seen the body at a nearby garbage dump. Palestinian police refused to let anyone near the site. Huda Dakhalla said she doubted her five daughters would be able to marry because of the disgrace to the family. Both she and her husband were fired from their jobs after their son's arrest. The youngest children, she said, are being harassed in school by classmates who taunt them for having a collaborator for a brother. "He was my oldest son," she said, weeping. "They are criminals, those who killed him. Even if he did the things they accuse him of, did he deserve to die in such a terrible way?"
  13. News story Palestinian terrorist kills at least one, wounds 13, in Kfar Saba shooting Post Staff (Mar 17, 2002) Noa Orbach, an 18-year-old Kfar Saba resident, was killed and at least 13 pedestrians were wounded after a Palestinian gunman wielding a semi-automatic rifle opened fire at passersby in Kfar Saba at 12:50 p.m. Policemen from a police station and security guards from the court house nearby shot the terrorist dead, according Sharon district Dep. Cmdr. Aharon Franco, cutting short the shooting spree which took place near the intersection of "Sheshet Hayamim Avenue" and Weizmann Street. No group took responsibility for the attack as police combed the area for hidden bombs and other possible terrorists. One of the pedestrians is in very critical condition and at least five others sustained moderate wounds, Israel Radio reported. The casualties were taken to the city's nearby Meir Hospital. Two others, suffering from trauma, were taken to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva. The hospitals have opened emergency hot lines for those seeking information on those wounded in the attack: Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba: 125-5199 Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva: 125-5134. Overseas callers must first dial 972 before the above numbers. To hear an audio update by JPost Radio's Mathew Gutman, click here. Police say the terrorist acted alone. A Palestinian found in the area was arrested after the shooting attack, however it is unclear if he is connected to the attack, Israel Television Channel 1 reported. The terrorist, a 26-year-old Nablus resident, who reportedly reached the site of the attack on foot, fired off two magazines worth of bullets before police shot him. A witness said the gunman walked calmly down the middle of the road toward police, who fired on him from behind pillars. "He walked straight toward them. I'm embarrassed to say it on the air, but he was a real man," the witness, identified only as Tzvika, told Israeli Radio. The witness, who drove right into the battle, said the gunman at one point stood right next to his car, but was too occupied by the police to notice him. Tzvika said he hit the gas and escaped. The attack occurred in a mixed residential and commercial area just before schools were to be let out. A nearby primary school kept the students inside after the shooting started. Israeli TV showed footage of students at a vocational high school overlooking the scene of the attacks leaning out the window watching the police secure the area. Palestinian Authority-controlled Kalkilya is just across the Green Line from Kfar Saba. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's office condemned the attack, which comes on the fourth day of US envoy Anthony Zinni's mission seeking a Mideast cease-fire. "Israel has offered a cease-fire, pulled back most of its forces in good faith, and this seems to be the answer Israel is receiving," Sharon adviser Dore Gold said. Sharon said this morning at the weekly cabinet meeting that Israel will not negotiate with Palestinians while under fire. He said Israel would act to achieve regional calm, but would return to the previous proactive policy against terror if the Palestinians renew attacks against Israeli targets during discussions. To read more, click here. Zinni was in a meeting with President Moshe Katsav when word of the attack reached him, but he left the residence without commenting to reporters. To read more about Zinni's meetings with Israeli and Palestinian officials, click here. A short time later, a suicide bomber blew himself up near a bus in Jerusalem, but no one was seriously injured, authorities said. To read more about that attack, click here. "They [the Palestinians] speak of 100 percent effort to stop the violence," Katsav said. "Look, in the middle of our meeting, we got a report on the attack in Kfar Saba."
  14. News story Suicide bomber hits Jerusalem bus filled with children, students Post Staff (Mar 17, 2002) A suicide bomber blew himself up just before 2:30 p.m. when he rushed at a bus at the French Hill intersection in northern Jerusalem, according to the police. The blast took place near the No. 22 bus as it traveled northward under a bridge just past a bus stop at the intersection. At least 25 passengers sustained minor wounds in the attack, according to Magen David Adom spokesmen. Nine passengers were taken to Hadassah University Hospital-Ein Kerem, and four others were transferred to Hadassah University Hospital-Mt. Scopus for treatment. Many of the passengers were high school students on their way home from school. The bus sustained heavy damage, Jerusalem police commander Mickey Levy told Israel Radio. Islamic Jihad took responsibility for the attack.
  15. Prime I have a question. When Muslims die, what becomes of their eternal souls when they have rejected Jesus Christ?
  16. Neb, I know that the U.S. has played games in the Middle East and it is detestable. They have played the same kind of games here right under peoples noses why they were asleep. But nothing that they have done constitutes taking action by killing innocent civillians. That is a hideous opinion to have.
  17. Prime, There is something that you must not realize about being a Christian. As a Christian, true believers of the faith believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation, happiness, and a eternity of peace. The one true God. It is through faith that we trust our souls to Jesus Christ and no one else. This has nothing to do with bigotry, self-righteousness, superiority (we ALL fall short of the Glory of God), or any other emotion of hate. We are not an exclusive club. We pray that everyone would come and seek God, come to repentance, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. So does God Himself. God is not a God of hate. He is a God of Love. Read His Book. Go to A Church where they actually teach from it and learn. God will show you that He is for real and every other religion it just a bad imitation. Christians do not hate other sinners, they hate sins. Nobody here that takes a pro-Israeli stance hates Palestinians. That is far from the Truth. In this stage of history, the Islamic religion has taken the iniative to kill everyone that doesn't believe in their religion. They also kill their own and subject their woman to the status of dogs. Is this the kind of God you would wish to serve? Prime I know deep down in my heart that you wouldn't. I wish I could free the millions of Muslims that want to denouce their faith but are afraid because it is an automatic death sentence. Praises that my God gives us a choice to accept or reject Him. My heart goes out to all innocent victims all over the world in this time of evil. I don't care if they are Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Christians, or any other religion. The reason I do not support the Palestinians has nothing to do with taking sides with man. I am taking sides with God. No matter what either of us believe, God states in His own word many time over that He is not through with Israel. Also the PLO is in the same bed with other Muslim extreemist organizations alover the world. They are using people to commit suicide (ergo, d*amning their souls to ####)by bombing innocent people. Even in our country. I know you say that there are a lot of peaceful Muslims in the world. That is good, but it doesn't give the fanatics free reign to go about to destroy. These extremeists are murderers and cowards. They need and have to be stopped. Either that or sooner or later they will be by to murder someone you cherish. Whether you can face the truth or not, they are out to get us all and won't stop until they are through. We have two choices. Defend ourselves, or face eventual destruction. I for one do not want to stand around like a duck in a shooting gallery. I don't think God wants that either. The President has chosen to defend ourselves. You and I both know that his motives are very questionable. The fact still remains that we still have to defend ourselves and pray that the President changes his motives.
  18. Dick Cheney, and Anthony Zinni, are both failing at every turn, Cheney had been unable to get one Arab Country out of the nine to go along with an attack on Iraq. In fact, he has been told that they will stand with their Islamic Arab brothers if the United States attack Iraq. Anthony Zinni's visit, not unlike the last two times he was in Israel, he has been greeted with dead Jewish bodies, killed by Yasser Arafat's Terrorist. This is the same Zinni who said that Yasser Arafat was a pathological liar, but now he is seen hugging and kissing him like a long lost brother. With Cheney on his way to Israel, things couldn't look worse for the so-called American peace initiative. But let's take a look at the real picture. Arafat knows he has no chance of getting what he really wants, the total destruction of Israel. on his own. He needs help, and the help he wants first is international forces to come and protect him while he sets up his Terrorist State in the middle of Israel. Arafat also knows that it will take a lot of dead Palestinian bodies to make the EU and UN comes to his rescue. So he has tried to make that happen time and time again. We are talking about a monster that encourages his young people to wrap explosives around themselves to kill Israeli civilians. Nothing would make him happier than for Israel to kill a few thousand Palestinians civilians in an invasion on his soldiers who hide behind the women and children. Today we've had two terrorist attacks, one near Tel-Aviv in Kafar Saba, where a Palestinian Terrorist opened fire with an M-16, killing one 16 year old girl and wounding 9 others before being killed himself. In a northern neighborhood of Jerusalem known as French Hill, a suicide bomber ran up beside a city bus and blew himself up wounding 10 Israelis and killing himself. In another unreported suicide attempt a suicide bomber was on his way to Jerusalem when his bomb went off in what we call a work accident. It seems that the main conversation with most Israelis is centered around, why the United States can kill hundreds upon hundreds of the Islamic Terrorist in Afghanistan, how they can bomb them daily for months on end, and no one says anything? But let Israel go after the Palestinians who are killing us daily and have been for over 18 months and even before that, and the United States start shouting for us to show restraint. Or that we are hurting their chances to make a coalition with the Arabs. When their coalition, that is not working, and the Arab world will not join it, seems to be more important than the thousands of Jewish lives and families being destroyed. Is it that, American lives are more value than Jewish lives? Just a few hours ago, there was an Islamic Terrorist attack in a Church in Pakistan. Where five were killed and many wounded several of the dead was American's. As terrible as this was, I still must ask, is it more terrible than what is happening in Israel nearly every day? It is impossible to understand how Yasser Arafat stays in power; it is known that he is the worst Terrorist on planet earth today. That he pays for the schools that train young Palestinians to be suicide bombers, that he rewards their families after they commit suicide, and incites them to kill themselves to honor Allah. That he has recently called for a million suicide bombers to kill themselves in Jerusalem, of course killing as many Jews as possible. How then someone please tell me, is this not being reported like it really is? So I will finish this upbeat report, with a look at Ariel Sharon, he certainly is not the man I voted for in the election, I did however vote for a war hero called Ariel Sharon. A man who promised to give us security, but instead has seen more Jews killed than any Prime Minister before him. But then who am I trying to fool, we all know the real Prime Minister is Mr Shimon Peres, the Illuminated one from the French Free Masons. The same group of people, who wrote the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the most dangerous and anti-Semitic document ever wrote. Things certainly do not look so good here, and I still believe war is very near. But we all also know that God has placed His people where He wants them. As has the devil, but he is a defeated deceived and liar and God will prevail, Amen. I ask you to pray that this ministry that we will be as ready as we possibly can be, because things are going to get a lot worse before they improve, if they ever improve. And we also know that there will be no peace in Jerusalem until the Prince of Peace returns. For Yeshua is the Shalom of Jerusalem. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for my son Joel in the IDF Special Forces, for this ministry and your part in it. Shalom, jerry
  19. By Simon Denyer ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (Reuters) - An attacker lobbed grenades inside a Protestant church during a Sunday service in the diplomatic quarter of Islamabad, killing five people including a U.S. diplomat's wife and daughter. There was no claim of responsibility but suspicion fell on hard-line Islamic groups opposed to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf's support for the U.S.-led war on terror after the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Forty-two people from various nations were wounded but the death toll could rise. Officials said six or seven people were gravely hurt. "I saw a fellow throwing some grenades," said an elderly German woman wearing a white scarf flecked with blood who gave her name as Jutta. "I got down. Praise God I was spared but others were seriously injured. It was havoc." The 60 to 70 people at the Protestant International Church, a popular place of worship for foreigners in Islamabad, had sung some hymns and were listening to the sermon. The Sunday calm was shattered by a blast at the back of the church and one man rushed up the aisle brandishing grenades and shouting, witnesses said. Worshippers dived for cover as five or six explosions ripped through the church, filling it with smoke and splattering the walls and ceiling with blood. Security was immediately tightened in Islamabad and other parts of Pakistan, including the port city of Karachi where kidnapped U.S. reporter Daniel Pearl was murdered last month. ATTACK CONDEMNED Musharraf -- who has banned seven militant groups and ordered the detention of hundreds of activists since September 11 -- called the attack a "ghastly act of terrorism," according to the state news agency. A government statement said a lone attacker killed the five churchgoers -- two Americans, one Pakistani, one Afghan and an unidentified person whose body was torn to pieces. "Apparently it is of a foreigner and male," said a doctor at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences. The wife of diplomat Milton Green and his teenage daughter Kristen were killed, the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan said. Green and his son were injured. Green's wife, Barbara, also worked at the U.S. embassy and his daughter was studying at the International School in the city. Police said they were not yet sure whether the attacker had escaped or was among the dead or injured. President Bush was "outraged by the terrorist act" and said it could not be justified by any cause. "We will work closely with the government of Pakistan to ensure those responsible for this terrorist attack face justice," he said in a statement issued by the White House. Wendy Chamberlin, the U.S. ambassador, called the American victims "two friends I admired, respected and I loved." "I honor them for their lives, for the joy they brought to so many and for the credit and honor they brought to the United States," she told a news conference. British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said in a statement he was "deeply shocked." HEAVILY ARMED Nick Parham, a Briton who works for the Tearfund aid agency, said he saw the attacker at close range after the first blast. "One chap came down the aisle a couple of feet away from me. He had a belt on with a whole load of what looked like British army smoke grenades or home-made grenades," he told Reuters. "He had one in his hand. At that point I hit the deck. There were five or six more explosions." Parham was taken to hospital with six other people in an army truck. A young woman with severe internal wounds died shortly after arriving at hospital, he said. Islamabad police chief Nasir Durrani said the wounded included 12 Pakistanis, 10 Americans, five Iranians, two Sri Lankans, one Iraqi, one Ethiopian and a German. The government later said citizens of Britain, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Afghanistan had also been hurt. Law Minister Khalid Ranjha said the attack was "certainly a message" and may have been carried out "to spoil our relations with our foreign friends." But the head of Pakistan's main Islamic party said it could not have been the work of a religious group. "We condemn this act in the strongest words and assure the Christian minority that we fully share their grief and tragedy and will support any action against people who did this," Jamaat-e-Islami leader Qazi Hussain Ahmed said. Sunday's attack follows the killing of 15 worshippers and a police guard at St. Dominic's church in the city of Bahawalpur in October, the worst assault on Pakistan's small Christian minority since independence from Britain in 1947. Largely Muslim Pakistan has suffered a surge in violence between Sunni and Shi'ite militants but attacks on Christians and other minorities -- who make up about three percent of the 140 million population -- are relatively rare.

  21. News story Report: 20 suicide bombings in the past two months Etgar Lefkovits (Mar 15, 2002) JERUSALEM - There have been 20 suicide bombings in the last two months - 14 within the Green Line - and 55 since the outbreak of violence 16 months ago, according to police statistics released yesterday. The police records include both successful and thwarted suicide bombings. Over the past year, there were a record-breaking 31 suicide bombing attempts across the country. Five of failed due to technical or other malfunctions in the bombs. In Jerusalem, which has been seen the greatest number of suicide attacks, 62 people have been killed and 769 wounded in terror attacks since the start of the latest round of violence on September 28, 2000. Nearly half of the casualties - 26 of those killed and 266 of those wounded- occurred since the beginning of this year. The dramatic rise in terror over the past two-and-a-half months comes just weeks after police Insp.-Gen. Shlomo Aharonishsky dubbed 2001 "the year of terror," and forecast this year would see a further increase in both the number and severity of attacks. At a police briefing last month, Aharonishsky said the number of terrorist attacks over the past year was greater than the number of terrorist attacks in 1997-2000 combined, and represented a 337% increase over the number of attacks in 2000.
  22. Judas is back! And it shall come to pass in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. Zechariah 12:9 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle: V-3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. At a time when Israel is fighting for its very survival, when these Islamic Devils are killing our women and children coming out of Synagogues and in our public places. When our soldiers are going through narrow streets of Ramallah and Gaza to rid us of the Terrorist who are killing us daily, like sheep led to the slaughter. When the world has turned against Israel for the almighty Oil that flows from the black soul of Ishmael. The United States sits in the UN and endorses a vote for a Palestinian State. Voting to give the Land God has given the Jews to these evil murders of Christian and Jews around the entire world. Possibly already they have forgotten that those who flew the planes into the Trade Centers were Moslems, Islamic Devils, with the majority of them coming from Saudi Arabia and Egypt. God have mercy on the United States of America. For He will surely stand true to His Word and destroy it. The betrayal of the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) was by one who claimed to be a friend also. Even he thought he was doing a right thing but was used by the Devil himself. The United States has just kissed Israel the same way Judas kissed Yeshua in the garden. I know many will be upset with me over the above analysis, but one would have to be blind not to see what is happening, and that kind of blindness comes from the pits of ####. It is a time to choose who you will serve, be a nation or an individual, that choice will have to be made. And those who think they can play both ends against the middle will be destroyed with the most evil of the evil. Today over 20,000 IDF Troops are in Ramallah and many thousands are in others Palestinian controlled territories, doing what Yasser Arafat has refused to do. Go after Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Force 17, P.F.L.P. and several others who are connected to Arafat's Fatah Organization. IDF Tanks have pulled up within a few meters of his head quarters in Ramallah. But once again the orders are not to harm this devil. In the past week over 200 armed Palestinians have been killed in their resistance to the IDF. A couple thousand have been arrested. Tons of illegal arms have been gathered up. It is no secret that there is a Arab plan to attack Israel right before Passover, and the Arab summit that so happens on the same day, March 27th. So Israel is doing all it can to gather as many of the Kassam 1 & 2 Missiles, Mortars, and Illegal weapons they possibly can before the event takes place. The big question is will Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria join in the battle, and if they do, you can be sure Egypt will as well. One thing for sure we have less then two weeks to find out. One thing is certain, Arafat has his back up against the wall, and it seems that he has come to the conclusion that this is all or nothing and I think he will go for it. Believing he can force the hands of his Arab (Islamic devil) brothers to join in, giving them no choice but to fight for Allah. A Day of Prayer and Fasting. Chief Rabbi Eliahu Bakshi-Doron called for a national day of Prayer and Fasting, and thousands were to come to the Western Wall of the Temple Mount and pray. Or, to fast and pray wherever they were. Today is that day, the 1st of Nissan. It is a day traditionally devoted to repentance and special prayers. His call for prayer came out in local papers around Israel on the March 6th and a few on the 7th. The largest ad I could find in any paper was about one inch, and all of them stuck in a place hard to find. The estimates of those who came to the Wall today was around 1000. So what is my point. Over the past few days I have asked Israelis all over Israel if they were aware of the call for Prayer and to come the Wall. I could not and did not find one Israeli who knew about it. Not wanting to say anything about this until after the event took place for fear of being called the one that caused others not to come. But there should have been hundreds of thousands there; this nation should have been on its knees today, weeping before the presence of God to work a miracle for Israel. And I believe God would have done just that. But instead God has seen a nation not willing to pray, even after so much suffering. Our local newspapers unwilling to give such an event the coverage it deserves, and a people unwilling to get on their faces before God. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel in the IDF Special Forces, for this Ministry and your part in it. Shalom, jerry golden
  23. The Moslems are killing us! The above title sounds a title fanatic doesn
  24. Oh God, have mercy on us! Please forgive me for not reporting on the recent violence earlier, but to be honest with you I have had to do some real soul searching and praying over a few things. When you are a parent of an IDF soldier who is a commander of a combat group, and you know he is out there somewhere fighting the Islamic devils; your nerves can get on edge to say the least. And when you hear that 9 IDF soldiers were killed at a checkpoint, you find it difficult to act and think normal until you have heard the names. Then you hear that it wasn't your son, but someone else's, you then have another battle to fight, asking God to give comfort to the parents at the same time thanking Him that it wasn't yours. And then a certain shame comes over you for not caring as much for the sons of others as you do your own. So I ask God to forgive me for being human, for I know that it was His Son who was given for my salvation. Knowing He understands I leave it there. I have went to my old base in Jerusalem twice asking them to take me, but they tell me that 62 is to old, to go home. I tell them I am in very good health and can fight like a young man and they say it again go home Mr. Golden. But I know father's all over Israel are saying "take me God not my son". Ten died at the checkpoint near Ramallah at Ofra, the Palestinian sniper lay in the brush in an Olive grove at the top of the ridge, very steep hill over looking the checkpoint. When the sniper started shooting his shots made an echo in the gorge causing the sound to appear as if it was coming from the opposite direction. The IDF Soldiers started shooting in the wrong direction, and the sniper picked them off one by one until he had killed 9 IDF Soldiers and 3 civilians waiting at the check point. And he was able to escape back into Ramallah into the protection of Yasser Arafat. A Palestinian Suicide bomber dressed like a Hasidic Jew, with explosives wrapped around his body underneath his Hasidic clothing walked up into a group of Jewish mothers with all their children. He could have walked a few steps further where the men were standing, but he chose the women and children as his victims. It was the end of the Sabbath and they were coming out of the Synagogue making ready for their new week. He exploded his bomb killing nine among them two babies and several young children. I heard that today another child who was wounded died in the Hospital, bringing the total to ten. Another Soldier was killed last night near Kissufim, and a Police detective was killed while on his motorcycle. Today at last count 16 Palestinians were killed and I am sure that is not the end of the story today, as it is now 7:30 PM here in Israel. Today there has been much grieving in Israel as these Jewish victims were buried throughout Israel. The Israeli Defense cabinet met until the early morning hours. And came out with still no clear plan but to say that they would still not touch Arafat, and they would increase the military pressure on the PA. On the Israeli news we watched the Palestinians dancing in the streets giving out candy and rejoicing over the death of the Jewish women and children in Jerusalem. And saying these murderous Islamic devils were heroes. At the same time we see the politicians from Europe (EU) meeting with and kissing and hugging Yasser Arafat in Ramallah. We watched Bahar Assad of Syria meet with the President of Lebanon, and heard them make speeches of how Israel must accept the 3.5 million Palestinian refugees into Israel, and how we much give up the Golan Heights. What makes that whole meeting absorb is Syria runs and controls Lebanon and everyone knows why they were meeting, and that is to make arrangement for a war with Israel. Iran with Russian help is in a mad rush to complete their nuclear reactors. And everyone knows they have purchased missiles and warheads from China, North Korea, and Russia capable of reaching Israel, and working on one that could reach the United States. At the same time they are making peace with Iraq their bitter enemy. Egypt, who was part of the Desert Storm Coalition and an enemy to Iraq, is now making regular trips there to make arrangements as well. With all of that considered, it would be a good idea to finish with Yasser Arafat as soon as possible. Because a regional war with lots of missiles is about to start, and it will effect the whole world, possibly not as directly as it will be here in Israel, but the whole world will suffer. We are in a war right now, and the near future does not look any better. The evening of the 27th of this month is Passover and many have prophesied that something big is going to happen. Well I can tell you this; in the spirit and in the natural it looks like a very good possibility. I would encourage you to read an article I wrote on Pessah (Passover) by clicking on (Pessah) If that don't work for you, go to my site and to Special Reports you will fine it there. It may give you a better idea of the importance of one of God's Holiday. Please pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel in the IDF Special Forces, for this Ministry and your part in it. And we need your help now. Shalom, jerry golden
