  1. Traveller, Great question. I do not know the answer. I do know that a % of the $14.99 is paid to the recording companies through the liscensing agreements. I have a recording artist in my downline and he has told me that an artist will make more money through this subscription service. Of course with all the illegal sites going away this is a new revenus stream for the artists. Also, artists do not make much usually 12 cents on a CD.(There are exceptions but it is my understanding 12 cents is a good average) Much of the music that goes abroad the artists don't make anything. Therefore we believe the artists will embrace Janglefish and ultimately make more money for their hard work. I will talk to the President of Janglefish and see if he has a better answer to your question. If so I will poet another reply later. Regards, Paul G. Eberhart http://www.janglefish.biz/higher
  2. :thumb: Levi, Of course if you have a friend that has a song you like and you share it you can do that if you choose to. In the strictest sense of the law it is still illegal but no one will prosecute you over it. The whole issue at stake here is copyright infringement. When a song is copyrighted it is never to be copied without the permission of the artist or recording company. All Janglefish is doing is giving the consumer what he wants at a very affordable price. Over 80,000,000 people were downloading from Napster. There is a huge market for this music service. In fact the music companies are telling us that 8 years from now you will not find a CD in a retail store. Thanks for the questions. Paul G. 3. :thumb: The problem with "sharing" MP3's and stuff is that it is illegal. Napster, Kazaa, Morpheus, Limewire, etc., all are illegal file sharing services. The recording industry and the artists have lost a great deal of money because of these services. That is why Janglefish was created. Janglefish has worked for four years getting liscensing agreements with most of the major recording labels. Now for $14.99 per month you can LEGALLY burn all the CD's you want. For less than the price of one CD per month you can have access to the largest legal internet library of music in the world. And yes MP3 is also available. This is the future of music, NOW! Paul G. 4. :thumb: Check us out at: http://www.janglefish.biz/higher Check out the Recording Companies we have partnered with. Now you can LEGALLY burn CD's for a small monthly fee. If you are looking for a Christian groundfloor business opportunity THIS IS IT!!!!!!! Paul G. Eberhart
