This is from Ann Graham Lutz who is the daughter of Billy Graham. The 700 Club mentioned this today and I wanted to know more, so I researched it. The first link goes to a CBN News page. On the left side is a short video where Ann explains how this message came to her. There's also a short paragraph for folks with a slow Internet connection. On it she has the prayers she wrote for this occasion. She said she was told to do this the first 7 days of July. Since today is July 4th there are only 4 prayers so far. They really are impressive prayers, to me anyway. I think the message Ann said she received is real.
