Rev 19:7 Let us rejoice and be exceeding glad, and let us give the glory unto him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. Rev 19:8 And it was given unto her that she should array herself in fine linen, bright and pure: for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. That is ridiculous logic. It is one thing to be a martyr when it was not your intention to be such. It is another thing altogether for Jesus who knew his future to marry someone knowing full well that he was going to break her heart. It would be the ultimate act of cruelty to marry someone with the knowledge of the future He would have had. In fact, once is wife would have realized that He knew the future and knew that He would break her heart, and still opted to marry, she would justifiably resent that. Of course, for Jesus to break someone's heart in that fashion would be a sin, so he could not have been the spotless sacrifice. Anyone who believes Jesus was married is adding to the Word of God, and that is expressly forbidden by Scripture. Anyone who doesn't have a problem with Jesus being married has not thought it through when it comes to adding or taking away from the Scriptures. It is one thing to be a martyr when it was not your intention to be such. Lots of married missionaries go into the exotic countries and war zones, knowing full well that they could be killed any day. The Bible never says that Jesus wasn't married. People seem to be afraid of that idea though.
