A town , around new orleans area... a student was arrested for saying he was going to gun down people and tie up his teacher and slit her wrist and that the world was going to end anyway. But, when he was arrested , he said he was just joking. The law said they are not taking any joke threats like that, for we don't know if they are serious or not, since the Conn. masacre.
