The Washington Post July 3

:th_praying:  Lord this would be so long overdue. Please make it so. And let Ruth Ginsburg be next, and soon Lord. Amen.

I'd support the retirement of both justices Kennedy and Ginsburg.

Kennedy was on the record during the Arizona immigration case and made some very concerning remarks. Ginsburg, during recess to consider the then gay marriage case, officiated a gay marriage while in New York state. Her remarks when this was found out should have not only concerned watchers of the docket, but had her abstain being her prejudice to the case was made apparent.

Fresh blood is long overdue. In fact, I'd go so far as to observe the great tragedy in the founders pursuits of policy in a new America was not putting term limits on all three branches of power from the beginning.

Now, as is, that idea is but a long out of reach hopefor.

Oh, Justice Ginsburg is long past due for retirement.

I couldn't believe Thomas was given the robe after he perjured himself during the confirmation hearing. I know why he was chosen but I can't believe that was the best we could do in matters of choice.
