In some aspects, the Evangelical Church and the Full Gospel Church are the same.  However, not all evangelical churches (aka Southern Baptist Churches, Baptist Churches) are Full Gospel Churches.

Generally, full gospel churches connected to Pentecostal / Charismatic churches.  However, both non-Pentecostal and Pentecostal streams can be considered Evangelical.

Evangelical derives its meaning from "evangelism" or sharing the good news or the gospel.  Since both streams of the Protestant movement do so, they would both be considered Evangelical.
