The polls were taken for Yediot Aharonot – which has a reputation of being against the prime minister – and Ma’ariv columnist Ben Caspit, who constantly writes against Netanyahu and his wife, Sara. Both Yediot and Caspit regularly portray Netanyahu as corrupt. The polls confirm that the public sees him that way, too. But the public appears to be quite forgiving of that corruption.
