Get an iced latte drink carton from your local shop the day before. They are only about £2 and they are delicious. Have that ready with your favourite bible version on your bedside table for when you wake up so that reading the Word and having a coffee in bed is the first thing that you do that day. As soon as the alarm goes off and you wake. Maybe use the ESV (English Standard Version) or the MSG (Message Version) - good versions. Read a Psalm and a couple of Proverbs. Maybe Psalm 121 to know that God will look after your coming and going from your house today. Try and understand the hidden wisdom in just two Proverbs. This will set you up for a good day.
