Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you and say, ‘Who is the LORD?’ Or I may become poor and steal, and so dishonor the name of my God." Here's two things I challenge you to pray for. 1. That you be kept from lies and deception or otherwise be able to discern such. 2. That God would subject you neither to poverty nor to wealth. The challenge is that while many pray to be kept from poverty, how many are willing to pray that they not become wealthy?
