When you are struggling and feeling down, you can actually force a smile and it will help you.

This is because when you smile, it uses lots of little muscles all the way up your body to your head. There is science behind this.

It can snap you out of bitterness. Laughter does that well too btw.

I was fed up at home about something but then I used my imagination to think of something silly and funny, and it worked.

Think that maybe the latest craze will be people eating lots and lots of  chocolate and you will see people nibbling everywhere in public.
