One of the things that helps me the most, when I am struggling the most, is to take the focus off of myself and to put it on God. I either praise Him out loud, or I sing praises out loud, or I pray out loud, or I read Scripture out loud. There is something about that, that brings me peace, and seems to defeat the enemy.
