Jesus Christ = Yeshua = Yah is salvation! Christ = christos = mashiach/mah-shee-ahch = Messiah = anointed one! In John 1:1 Jesus is called the Word (3 times), it is said that in the beginning he was with God and he was God or a god or of divine origin! John 1:2 says that Jesus was with God in the beginning! John 1:3 says that Jesus participated in the whole creation and nothing was made without him! John 1:4 says that Jesus is life and the light of men! John 1:5 says he shines in the darkness and darkness has not overcome it! John 1:6,7 says that John the Baptist was sent as a witness to testify about Jesus so that everyone might believe in him! John 1:12 says that those who believe in him can become children of God! John 1:13 says they are born of God! John 1:14 says Jesus became flesh and resided with men and he is the only-begotten Son from the Father! John 1:15 says that Jesus existed before him! John 1:16 says we receive grace from him! John 1:17 says grace and truth came through Jesus Christ! John 1:18 calls Jesus the begotten god, the only one who has seen God who is at the Father’s side and he has made him known!
