I've seen so many beautiful girls convinced that they need to diet and talking about how they should lose weight... I really don't know a good solution though... If parents, especially fathers, would take the time to teach our girls that numbers and sizes don't matter, that it's a person's health that matters, I think that would go such a very long way to helping correct the problem. As a male of the species, you have alot of power. Make sure to tell these deluded gals that you think they look fine the way they are and that they are NOT fat.
