Eh. Really not that much of a loss at this point. Rove's big problem was that he was good at using aggressive tactics to get Bush elected, but those same tactics don't work once you're in power. Essentially, he knew how to win but not how to govern. (For more, read The Atlantic's insightful if rather lengthy feature on Rove's role in Bush's presidency, which came out a few days ago - i.e. before this was announced).

Bye, You will (not at all) be missed.

Karl Rove's best work was getting Bush reelected, what with the push-polling (felony) and the vote-caging (felony). He's served the bulk of his duty already.

Also, Butero, I couldn't help but notice you used the word "talent" and "lies" right next to each other, in reference to Karl Rove. Unintentional probably, but I agree with you there. :th_frusty:

Push polling has been a tactic used by various Democratic groups for as long as I can remember. A great deal of it occured in Florida in 2000. I hope you have evidence that proves Karl Rove committed a felony since you made that accusation.

Don't know what push polling or vote caging are.

As far as helping Bush win, there is no doubt he was a great help in that area, something we in this country can be eternally thankful for, as it spared us from Gore and Kerry.

A big double :24::24:
