I need to download a flash for my computer, I think when the computer tech worked on it he deleted it somehow, and I really don't want to take it back to him just for that.Any suggestions on what I need.

Example, when Leonard put up his" We've been elfed" post, I couldn't get it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
